Personnel speaks italian, english and russian. Despite the hosts live in the same building upstairs, they are tolerant of reasonable noise (i.e. movie). Also you can have several options for breakfast and some rare stuff in the shower kit. Generally very caring hosts. Cat therapy possible at the balcony :)

There were some mosquitoes unfortunately and very loud seagulls close to the building. However, these are environmental issues, everything else is good.

I stayed for one night to break a long train journey. For me La Quercia was in a perfect position, less than 5 minutes walk from the station and in a quiet residential neighborhood. There was a lovely terrace to sit on. Room large and comfortable. Excellent bathroom and shower.

Very clean, lovely garden for breakfast or to relax in. No safe deposit box but very good security to the property. Host Marco was very helpful, the breakfast was excellent. Room was fresh and modern. The next door cat was friendly.

Have to follow directions from the correct side of the railway station and then a 10/12 minute walk. Can be confusing but have a good map.

Hotel owner was really nice and friendly. When we had an early trip and missed the breakfast, he prepared us free snacks, drinks etc. beforehand. Room was really spacious and has necessary facilities. Hotel location was really close to the beaches. It was 10 minutes walking to beach and 7 minutes walking to central bus & train station. Also there was a supermarket nearby.

The room was very spacious and clean with direct access to the garden (great for breakfasts!). Speaking about breakfast, the one offered was great - coffee, pastry, eggs, juice... The house is situated in a quiet street, but still close to the train station in within a walking distance to the city center. The owner, Marco, is a cool guy with good English and is very helpful.

Marco was a great landlord. Everywhere was clean and the breakfasts were amazing. When I forgot my keys in the room, Marco brought them to the airport. Thank you Marco, I am indebted to you.

Everything was wonderful and better than the photos! It was extra clean, comfortable and serene. I arrived at La Quercia very late after a long, bumpy train ride, and Marco was there to greet me and assist me with getting settled. The hot, steamy shower was just what I needed to get a restful night's sleep. I awoke to the sun shining brightly in the garden, and to the most wonderful variety of breakfast foods. The only problem was I didn't stay long enough! Marco is a super host and his B & B is a haven for the weary traveler. Would love to go back again soon!

A very enjoyable stay! Nice, spacious and clean rooms, great terrace and, above all, a fantastic host. Marko is a very nice guy who always offers advice and help. The place is 10 minutes walk from the center so the location is very good. The breakfasts served every morning are also very tasty. I definitely recommend this place!
