Very beautiful, cosy and traditional hotel🏡Close to pisa tower, close to bus stop🚃. Shops and restaurants are around the corner. The staff were exceptional 👏🥰. In the reception very polite and smiley staff, always willing to help us in every question we had about how to get in a location. The breakfast was delicious🫖☕️🍪🍩 !! You could eat like a king👑!! The ladies that were serving the coffee for breakfast and making the rooms were lovely🌺, smiley😊, polite☺️and friendly🥰. My greetings to Mrs Christina that loved my little baby boy and was playing with him every morning. Fresh towels, clean sheets and if you asked for something additional always offered and more. Very convenient and friendly for families.

Location amazing- could see the top of the leaning tower. Secure parking the motorcycle. Great breakfast . Air conditioning was perfect

Hotel is really close to the main attractions & spotlessly clean ... It's old fashioned in a really nice way ... Breakfast was great but get there early for your eggs 🥚. Half an hour walking from the train station... We got a taxi to the hotel as we were late in. Would really recommend... Nello, was extremely helpful at reception... Bus 1x just up from the hotel takes you back to the train station at a fraction of the cost of the taxi.

Everything was great ... Modest but lovely hotel. If you're going to be checking in after midnight be sure to email the hotel & they will reply with an access code to the front door ... Reception operates 8am - midnight.

The hotel location is great, only couple steps away from the city walls. Our room was spacious and nice, great breakfasts. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful. I was helped to park into a narrow drive in / parking lot - it was pouring rain and the hotel receptionist stayed under the rain to guide me into the parking lot. It was really helpful to have a hotel parking and not to worry about finding one nearby. I also got help when exiting the parking lot (tricky narrow exit for larger cars) We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Very clean and comfortable. Good amount of room for a solo traveller. My room had a single bed so maybe bear that in mind if you like having a large bed. The bed was super firm but very comfortable. I didn’t use the shower as I was only there one night but the other bathroom facilities were clean and normal.

The only thing I personally found a little uncomfortable was that the curtains were a large set of sheer curtains and then opaque side curtains that you couldn’t close. There was of course shutters external to the window but I just found it slightly uncomfortable that I couldn’t close the curtains and through the sheer curtains I could see out to the shutters

I always stay at Hotel Roma when I'm in Pisa. The staff are welcoming and very helpful when I need train etc info. The hotel is a 1 minute walk from Piazza dei Miracoli which makes exploring and observing it's beauty so easy! Breakfast is good, the staff attentive and the Cappucino & Espresso excellent. One additional bonus is that the hotel is within walking distance of Pisa San Rossore train station. This means no need to pay for a taxi to Pisa Centrale . I look forward to my next stay. Time to stay longer!

Friendly staff and a clean and comfortable hotel. It's in a good location, with a view of the leaning tower from the room. The reception staff member also kindly assisted with booking a taxi for the airport which made my trip smoother.

Would be great for guests to have some information on how to work the window shutters, as they seem to be powered by some button that I couldn't see. The cleaners somehow managed to open it whilst I was out but would have been nice to know how they operate so that I could get some more sunlight in. Other than this minor thing I very much enjoyed the accomodation!

Hotel Roma is a lovely place, run by a charming team. While it may not be the most hip, designy hotel ever, it’s clear that the staff put their heart into making guests feel welcome. The furniture might be a bit dated, but don’t let that deceive you—the rooms smell great and are spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast is simple yet satisfying, with the delightful aroma of fresh croissants and ham greeting you each morning. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Pisa Tower and various great restaurants. Plus, it’s conveniently close to Pisa Rossore Train Station, making exploring nearby gems like La Spezia, Lucca, Viareggio, and more easy.

Hallways can be a bit noisy, room is not soundproof

Amazing location, property was on the doorstep of the Pisa complex but remained quiet. It was clean and had all that was required for one nights stay. The reception and breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean, big and minimalistic. Breakfast was great, had choice, was fresh and in a good room. Get the taxi from the airport. It costs but still works out cheaper and faster than public transport.

The property was great and everything you expect from a three star. It is an old hotel and bathroom facilities could do with a little make over. but that gives it character.

The location is great (right across the street from the tower and next to the bus that drives to the train station), the rooms are clean, and the maid comes every day. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast has a sufficient selection, and I think everyone can choose something, although not a lot of warm selection is provided. The pastries are fresh and delicious.

Please be aware that only one warm drink is included in the breakfast, but since it's Italian coffee, it should be fine :D
