Great hotel at a great location. The room and en-suite were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Staff was very helpful. I was on the top floor and the view from my window was fantastic. The hotel is very close the leaning tower and the cathedral as well as to shops and restaurants.

The only teeny-tiny fault I could find was that there was no kettle in the room. It wouldn't have mattered if I was on one of the lower floors because there is a coffee machine on the ground floor, but going down and up from/to the 4th floor just to get a cup of coffee was a bit too much, especially first thing in the morning. Perhaps a solution could be to install another coffee machine on the top floor. It didn't really spoil my stay, but something for the future guests to bear in mind.

Great location in historic town, 2min from the tower of Pisa and 15min walk from the train station. We had a room with shared bathroom and it was a good value for money considering prices in the area. The room was basic but comfortable with its own sink, which was great. We were on the top floor and facing courtyard so it was nice and quiet, which was very surprising and appreciated, as we know it is difficult to get a quiet room in this area. Overall we were super happy with our stay and that we could leave our luggage in the reception after the check out.

Location was amazing, so close to the Pisa tower and right around the corner from restaurants and shops. The room itself was big and beds were comfortable, spare pillow and blankets also provided. Bathroom was massive and clean, shower had good water pressure. Overall very pleasant experience, I would come back if I came to Pisa again and I would recommend to a friend.

Hotel was quite loud at night, lots of banging and door slamming. The shampoo/body wash provided wasn't amazing, better to bring your own. On website it said that the city tax will be 9€ for all of us but when we checked out we have been asked for 18€ and that could only be paid with cash. There was no kind of microwave, fridge or any kind of cutlery or crockery, not even a glass in the room and only thing that was available was a snack machine downstairs. Luckily the Carrefour nearby had paper cups and cutlery for if we wanted to have dinner or breakfast in the room. However there are plenty places to eat around the hotel.

Great location and few minutes walk from the main square, basic accommodation but clean and comfortable, shutters on the window which ensure the room is dark if wanted but equally they can be opened from the inside of light is preferred, staff were really helpful and were on hand to assist from 8:30am through to midnight which is very reassuring as a solo female traveller, they also provided very detailed informative instructions prior to arrival on their location for various transport methods. Excellent value for money.

There isn’t much, if any, soundproofing so there was some disturbance from other guests early in the morning (5:30am) who were not making any attempt to keep their voices low

This is a simple but really good place to stay in Pisa. It's located just around the block from the Tower, of course surrounded by the best restaurants and attractions. It's very convenient when you access the tower because they don't allow you to have any bag with you, then I just walked back quickly to my room, I left my bag there and I didn't have to leave my wallet in the cloakroom. The room I stayed in had a good size for one person. It had a small comfortable single bed, a wardrobe and a desk with a chair. The bathroom had a shower (it didn't have enough pressure but was fine), a bidet and an extractor as it doesn't have any window to ventilate. In general the hotel is very clean, and I'm really happy with the service, as soon as you book, they immediately send all the information you need to get there from the train station or the airport. I followed their instructions and it was really easy to get there. They also have a lot of brochures in the lobby for attractions and a map where you can clearly locate the hotel and it's surroundings. I'd definitely stay there again without a doubt!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is about 100 meters from the Leaning Tower, and near restaurants and cafes. It's best to take a taxi to the hotel if you have luggage. There is no elevator, so be prepared for stairs - we were on the 3rd floor. We went to the Restaurant Il Toscano, recommended as being "sensible" and "for locals". The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and understood several languages.

The hotel was idea for what we wanted - a short stay in Pisa and near what we wanted to see.

This traditional hotel was clean and comfortable, centrally located and Alessandra was a gracious host. She went above and beyond to make sure we made our train for our onward journey to Florence. On arrival the previous evening, no fuss was made over our delayed flight, and our room was changed at short notice to a lower floor to accommodate a member of our party who had an injured leg. We were given advice that, despite the late hour, a walk to the leaning tower would reward our efforts. It did.

The lady on reception was amazing, so polite and incredibly calming after a stressful journey Just around the corner from Quarto Ora always our stop for one of the best Pizza's in town. The Tower is a few steps away, as is the wonderful market. If your coming to Pisa this is a fantastic place to stay. When the weather is good the airport is only a 30 min beautiful walk away. Location absolutely fantastic 1 minute from the tower and nearby hospitality (worth it for a meal or two near the tower but please head beyond these fairly average establishments) and 10 minutes stroll to the centre and another 10 over the river to the Pisa Centrale train station. Pisa San Rossore station is a 5-10 minute walk away also which we only figured out on our last day, sadly. This was a major selling point as we got to explore other areas of the region thanks to the brilliant rail links. Room was quiet at night time and very clean with daily changeover and all stated facilities available. A fridge would have been good but we didn't book a room with one so can't put that as a negative! Ceiling fan was fine for our stay in circa 20 degree night times - may have struggled in July/August but again, we didn't book A/C.

Not a great deal to add here. We got exactly what we expected and paid for. Sound seemed to travel within the building but we like to sleep a bit longer so can't complain too much as it was perfectly quiet during evening hours.

the host was amazing and stayed late until we were able to check in (close to midnight) and was really welcoming and gave us tips for enjoying the Luminate Festival that was on that night. The hotel was exactly what we expected and had all we needed for our stay. the location of the hotel is excellent with many bars, restuarants and attractions nearby.

not better but it is important for people to understand there is no lift so be prepared to carry your bags (in our case, up 4 flights of stairs)
