Location is very good, easy walking distance to train station, airport, pisa tower etc. The host Roberto made us feel very welcomed. He gave good recommendations for both Pisa and other Italian cities like Florence. Overall it was very interesting to talk with him about Italy. Breakfast was delicious, everything was great quality. The stay at Villa Gini was a true highlight of our entire Italy trip. I would definetely recommend staying there for a more authentic, personal and memorable Italian experiance 😊

We liked everything so much that it was sad to leave.

With its high ceilings, this large villa is just beautiful. It has a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your breakfast which was also very good with many options. The facility is clean. Our room was really big (we were four people) and had an AC which was crucial in the hottest days of Pisa. The staff was so friendly, smiling all the time. It is good to meet such good people, and they seemed to love their work. The location of the house is very central, in a walking distance to the Pisa train station. Plus, a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. As a group of 4 friends, we loved our stay in Villa Gini and found it very comfortable. We definitely recommend.

Roberto was so warm and welcoming… he made us feel so at home…he was happy to help my son with his Italian 🇮🇹 and treated us like family… The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was incredible with such a selection…and of course Roberto’s cappuccino.. yes it was the best in Italy 🇮🇹 it was also lovely to sit in the garden and balcony every morning for breakfast. We stayed on my birthday and he made it feel really special…so thank you so much ☺️ We were going to arrive early and Roberto made our rooms ready… nothing was too much trouble.. We will definitely stay again if we are able to in the future. 😊

Beautiful traditional Italian house in a quiet area of Pisa, away from the tourist throngs but within easy reach of both the train station and key sights. The rooms were lovely: plenty of space and so wonderful to stay somewhere authentic. Beds very comfortable and everything absolutely spotless. Breakfast was absolutely lovely and eating it out in the pretty town garden was just fabulous. The host (Roberto) was absolutely wonderful : communication both before and when we were there was several steps above anything I’ve experienced before. I have never felt so welcomed. He is just fabulous I would 100% recommend … although I hesitate to do so as we need to make sure we can get booked back in when we come back to Pisa! Wonderful place.

Nothing I can think of. I would say that those with limited mobility may need to be aware there were beautiful marble stairs and no lift - but this wasn’t a problem for us at all.

This is in a nice area close to the train station and easy to find. The staff were very friendly, helpful and information provided was great. I had asked to arrive early to drop off my luggage, but they went above and beyond and got my room ready early for me. Shower is usual European size, but plenty of power and hot water (if you wanted it). The room was spacious with a nice view of the garden below. The bed is comfortable and firm (supportive, but not hard). The air conditioning works great and the windows you can open for a cooling breeze. The breakfast had a variety of options and I have a lot of food restrictions and they were willing and able to accommodate for this. Just notify them ahead of time. Excellent morning espresso too! They made me feel at home and really care about their guests, treating you like a friend. I definitely will stay here again when in Pisa and highly recommend to others.

Pillows are quite thick on the bed, but if you require a flatter pillow, you only need to ask and they are happy to supply you with a flatter pillow if you need. I only put this here to let others know there is a choice.

We had a most wonderful stay in Pisa at Villa Glini - a comfy room with a large double bed and two singles for our teenagers. Villa Glini is a beautiful period property with period features - such a treat to see! The room was simple but clean and well-maintained - air conditioner worked well. The bathroom with the shower was clean and well equipped - lovely, with strong water pressure for the shower! Roberto is a wonderful, friendly and passionate host! Breakfast was a delightful spread of cold meats, cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt and cooked egg in toast and pancakes. He promised the best cappuccino and boy! did he deliver! :) I highly recommend this place for your stay in Pisa - it is walkable to the train station and the main attractions!

Nothing!

Very well situated (20 min. on foot to arpt. via sidewalk) family run business. Two stored building with a dinining room on the ground floor. Room was equiped with a well functioning air conditioner, tiled floor, comfortable beds. Bathroom separated by the coridor. Fantastic breakfast (juice, home-made cappuccino, fried egg, cheese, ham, jogurth, olives and many more offering incl. organic vegetables grown locally) was offered and presented by the lovely host Roberto. You could have a pleasant breakfast moment in a shade outside in a mini botanical garden, surrounded by pomegranate, grapefruit, peach, etc. trees - a blessed atmosphere. We could feel and get exceptional host generosity - honestly appreciate Roberto! Let your cosy family business thrive!

The room is clean and corresponds to the description. The host is extremely pleasant and ready to help. The breakfast is very good and served in the garden in a very pleasant environment. The property is right next to the historic part of town, but not too far from the Leaning Tower which was acceptable for walks in the August temperatures.

It is clearly emphasized that the room has a private but separate toilet. However, it was not possible to predict that the toilet is without air conditioning and windows, which is not entirely pleasant in August temperatures.

Villa Gini is a beautiful old building in a great location, it’s within walking distance of the station and close to the airport (we walked the mile distance!). There are only 4 rooms so it doesn’t have the amenities of a large hotel. Roberto and Ivi are great hosts they gave us lots of helpful advice about transport and sightseeing. Roberto’s communication about the self check in was excellent. Breakfast is a delicious buffet, lots of local produce, beautifully presented. Roberto’s Mum provides freshly squeezed juices. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our holiday and would love to stay again.

Situated in a grand century-old house with a marble staircase, the room has a high ceiling and is very spacious. The room I had was an ensuite with attached private bathroom. The hot shower felt great. Location was convenient – since I was only staying one night, I thought it made more sense to stay near Pisa Centrale station rather than drag my luggage to somewhere near the tower. It's a 25-minute walk to Piazza dei Miracoli, and it's a scenic walk that lets you see the city of Pisa. Breakfast was great, especially sitting outside on the balcony. Roberto was very kind and friendly. I arrived very late and he sent me a video showing how to let myself in, and the check-in process was all done via messages.
