The accommodation is in a fantastic location, situated close to key tourist attractions. The room has a lot of charm with a view of the main street. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful; they even accommodated an early check-in.

The shower drain was blocked, causing the water to drain slowly and leading to a minor flooding issue. Additionally, I experienced challenges with communication before arriving. Despite reaching out via email on two separate occasions with a couple of questions, unfortunately, I did not receive any response.

The property is ideally located within a reasonable distance of the main points of interest in Pisa and the train station. The room was a good size for the two of us and had everything we needed for an overnight stopover. Communication pre arrival was really good and they made allowances for our (very) late arrival.

The bathroom was grubby in places and needed a thorough cleaning especially the shower area. One of the shower doors were missing and the plumbing while adequate was "interesting" at times!

The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to help me when I had a mixup finding the place. Very helpful the whole time Perfect for my needs of one night and early leave for the airport. They also organised a taxi for pick up. . Thank you for everything and making sure I was comfortable and safe. Much appreciated as I am an older solo traveler and afraid to say don't speak Italian. 😁

Location was great right in the heart of Pisa a great location between the train station and the leaning tower. The hotel has old romantic vibes The gentleman who greeted me was lovely as well have a very warm welcome even with our language barrier

Did have trouble finding the door as I was following google maps and says it’s located further up the street than it is

The location was excellent. On the main street, 8 minutes walk from the train station and close to all sight seeing areas and shops.

The noise from the street might be an issue for rooms at the front of the hotel as the windows did not block all of the sound. We stayed midweek so it wasn't too bad.

Location perfect to walk from the train and to see all the sights on foot. Breakfast was excellent Luggage was looked after while we went sightseeing before leaving the city by train.

Fantastic location within walking distance of the train station and all the local sites. Very comfortable room in an old world hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. We also received a good breakfast to set us up for the next day

It's an amazing old building in the old town, very close to the river, shops, restaurants and a short walk to the Square of Miracles..our rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful

The location is absolutely perfect. The rooms are a good size. The staff that we encountered were super friendly also. Yes, it is a little noisy but this was to be expected when choosing a hotel on this street, I have no complaints at all.
