It was in a great location with friendly staff. Both lift and stairs to each floor. Room was quite spacious but had no coffee/tea provided. We had the family room so one king bed in the open area and 2 single beds in the separate bedroom. Big cupboards for storage in both rooms. Bathroom small but adequate. Close to train station, supermarket, Piaggio Museum and the old town. Parking is on the street out the front. You pay during the day but free overnight! Breakfast options were ok.

Would have liked tea/Coffee facilities in the room.

Very small TVs în rooms. Noise în outside area in the evening Poor breakfast with only few choices. Hotel name is the same with another different hotel in Pisa 20 km away, (you can easily confuse them when booking).

The location was excellent, the receptionists were very helpful and kind. The rooms were really comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was very rich, but the quality of the bread, juice and the cheese was very poor. All the other food was very delicious.

central quiet location, easy walk to central mall. Friendly helpful reception. Good breakfast. Room was a reasonable size and bathroom was big and airy. Best was the openable windows to the bedroom and bathroom.

Replace the tired beds and they would be 10 out 10.

The beds and the shower are so good! The breakfast is simple but pretty decent and it's super close to the train station and the city center.

very friendly staff. I had to leave very early in the morning and could not have breakfast at the hotel. They kindly left me a "to go" breakfast (mufin, toast, orange, kiwi...) at the reception. The room was very clean and the bathroom was large and tidy.

I arrived at night and from the train station to the hotel it is a 5 min walk. The street was very dark and a bit scary. The wifi did not work very well in my room.

It was close to the vespa musium with nice places to eat close by.

It was quite and easy to find from the train station. It was just a short walk to and from the train station.

Good continental breakfast, staff where really nice, nice size room. overnight parking was really close and worth the money
