Almost everything!!!! Villa is amazing! The area around is fantastic! The owner of Villa is wonderful very kind and attentive person!!!

The weather was not very nice during my visit, but we can’t change it:)))

A magical fairytale place - we felt very privileged to be part of it even for a night. The house is spectacular, full of charm, sunlight and beauty. Every room is a period piece with books, pictures, ornaments, all the stately trappings of an ancient and lovely home, yet still lived-in and comfortable. Somehow I felt as if we had become welcome family guests in another era, helping the owner's delightful little daughter look for eggs or sitting on the terrace in the sun eating breakfast. I would love to come back and stay for longer!

Naturally in a house of this age (I believe over 700 years old) the bathrooms are going to fit in with that pretty period charm rather than being state-of-the art, and visiting in April the house was a little cooler than we had anticipated, but it didn't spoil our stay at all. ( I imagine in the heat of summer it would stay beautifully cool.) We were on a walking holiday and arrived on foot, therefore we were a little sad that the swimming pool hadn't quite opened yet to cool down in, but that was just because of the cold weather.

Villa il Rossignolo was lovely place to stay for people who are planning to travel medieval cities in Tuscany. It is also located close to Florence by car. Rooms are very large, comfortable and clean. It is also nice to know Caterina. She is so kind and helpful. Many thanks for the sincere hospitality.

It is like you would visit your granny or traveling back in time 60-80 years. The place is amazing! It touches you. The host is really a lovely person, the cats and chickens are super cute. The place definitely has a spirit. The kichen is more equipped than you can imagine. You can read fantastic books and see planty of interesting goods (like in a museum). The whole experience is incoparable.

Many things should be renewed immediately: the doors of the rooms (upstairs), the bathrooms, mattresses, sofas. 40-50 years old electronic devices should be trown away. The bed was really uncomfortable. You don’t feel there is cleanness becouse many things are so outdated (but not antique). The pool is not inviting. The water in it was not too clean. There is not one single singn with the name of the place on the way. Even on the gate there is surname. Without satelite images or gps it is impossible to find. It made me mistrustful. So in its current state the place is highly overpriced.

If you want to feel authentic old Toscana sense you definitely need to visit this villa.Fantastic views,beautiful garden and very hospitable Luchianna.We plan to visit this place again,but not for one night.

The location is stunning, immerse in the heart of Chianti, surrounded by nature. Lovely people look after the Villa and you. Beautiful!

It felt like you were the guests in someone’s home

A bit difficult to find

Outside temperature was 38C. Ventilation in the room was very bad and we had to sleep under the wet towels through the night. Another relatively minor problem was absent of the WiFi signal in the room.
