The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were also friendly to the kids. Great selection for breakfast. We have booked double room with kid's bed, but we got triple room, which was great as we had more space. Also the triple room was not directly next to other rooms, which was good for other guests. There was also option of wellness (in different hotel) and bike rental, but we didn't use it. The parking was free and right next to the hotel, when full there is also another parking little further down the road. Close to the lake promenade and beaches.

Even though there were obligatory labels in bathrooms about towels (leave them on the floor for change, leave them hanging to keep them) we got towel change every day, which was unnecessarry. The hotel is further from the city center, so it is good to know about it when planning walks.

It's a nice renovated hotel, with very friendly and helpful personnel and good facilities. The double room is not too big, but it's enough if you are active and don't spend the whole day in the hotel/room. It was clean, offers free parking and a special secure space for bicycles storage. The spa is in another hotel nearby, but it is appreciated (5 min walk). It offers a GREAT breakfast, a lot of varieties, possibility to make your own smoothie/fresh juice and even prosecco! We enjoyed it and would return.

It does not have a restaurant for dinner. No mosquito net at the windows or anti mosquito device in the room (you could use one).

The hotel was in a great location. 20 minutes walk from the center. Every morning there was a fresh and delicious breakfast. The room had a nice view of the mountains. The staff was friendly. Everything was great.

The parking lot next to the hotel was not always free, so it was necessary to park the car in an otherwise secured parking lot near the hotel.

Great hotel and a Great stay. Hotel has everything you need to have a Great time near lake garda. Hotel provides additional parking, so there is enough space for everyone. The room is quite modern compering to italian standard. The staff is very helpful. You can reach public beach by 6 min walk. In my opinion the outdoor pool has an excellent italian style with beautiful sculptures and plants. But let me tell you- the best part is the breakfest. If you have a chance try a tiramisu :)

Most of the guests are Germans so you have to keep in mind that there is a specific vibe in the hotel 😉Also if you would like to go to a supermarket you need to prepare yourself for a 10-15 min walk

The location was great, near the lake and restaurants. The hotel was very clean throughout, the room was great, and overall it was good value for money. The swimming pool area was a bonus, but we didn't use it much due to the weather. All the staff were so helpful, especially Vanessa who answered all my questions and gave great advice. We thoroughly recommend Hotel Royal.

Welcoming and kind hosts, good value for money, modern interior, amazing breakfast ! We arrived 3h earlier in super rainy day - staff managed earlier check in for us, and even gave us better room, than we reserved ( we really did appreciate it)

Interior was modern, but not the newest and with a lot of little defects. But for the money what we paid- more than great offer . Be ready that spa are in different hotel , ~ 5 min walk away .

The location is great, hotel is pretty good, although smaller than we expected, great views from the balcony, Breakfast was just great, variety was good and everything was very tasty and fresh. Also bikes provided free of charge, recommend this hotel to everyone !!!

Everything was great, even late check out was possible for a 50 euro fee, so only positive feelings from this hotel !

We absolutely could not fault the staff at all! They were so helpful and made our stay very special! My husband had sent a message before we went to advise them of our anniversary and my birthday and we were surprised with rose petals and a towel heart in the room and a cake and Prosecco at breakfast! Truly service with a smile they were always happy to help and made us feel taken care of!

The bed and cushions were a bit hard and uncomfortable. The sink also kept blocking and the shower head wouldn’t stay still.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfasts with many many options ! We could use for free city bikes and enjoy great bike paths! There is option to use indoor pool and spa in sister hotel, also the beach is few minutes away.

Pool area is very nice but the pool itself was very shallow so not really possible to swim.

Everything was excelent. We felt very good in the hotel. There was enough of everything durin the breakfast and a lot of choices (friut, salami, sauseges, eggs, lot of sweet cakes, coffe, hot chocolate etc.) There were persons watching if everything is enough and cleaning your table when you finish.

Just the elevator was waiting a little bit longer to close the doors which make other guests wait. Hotel does not have his own restaurant (just the bar), so we had to go to the other place.
