Great location close to the Vatican. Loads of nice restaurants and local shops near by and also a metro stop. Easy to find. Great to have an elevator in an older building so bring our bags up and down as it would be a lot of stairs to carry heavy luggage. Room was really clean with strong air con for the hot Roman days.

Mattress and pillows are very hard but nothing I wouldnt stay in again overall. A small, slight bit noisy from neighbours but nothing over the top or in very unsociable hours.

Rome was the first place in our 10 days trip to Italy and this place gave us excellent start for weaving great memories of the trip. Wow. Words are less to say how cute and well designed the place is. It has everything one need in a room. Elaborately spacious room, beautifully decorated with a super clean bathroom. Host was very friendly and go out of his way to help us everytime we ask for something. There was unlimited tea/coffee, fruits and snacks available for the guests 24/7 kept in the dining area. He allowed us to keep our luggage there after check out which made our sightseeing easier. The building has a very unique lift which is a memorable experience too. The location is in the heart of the city. Also host guided us so well to check in at odd early hours which made us feel so safe too. Highly recommended

The room is very quiet, there is a common area with a fridge where you can leave your stuff, shared with 2 other rooms. Flavio was very attentive, he even prepared some things to have breakfast (we are vegan so we couldn't enjoy all of them, but it was a nice detail and the coffee was great) . Also he let us leave our luggage some time after the checkout which was very useful because our flight was in the afternoon.

The host Flavio was extremely helpful . The room was medium size and had private bathroom and a big shared kitchen. The place is located close to few good restaurants, relatively close to metro ( 1 km) Octaviano Station , also in walking distance to Vatican ( around 1 km) Bus stations very close.

The room is comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom is fine. The location is good since you are a few blocks from the Vatican. The metro station is a few meters away. Access to kitchen and breakfast is a plus.

The surrounding area is too dirty and crowded. Unfortunately, that is Rome.

It’s great location and the fact that our room was big and clean. Owner leaves pastry items in the kitchen where you can help yourself to a tea or coffee for breakfast.

The shower as it didn’t have enough pressure and the shower heads were spraying all over the place.

The location was perfect. 300m from Metro station. The neighborhood was ok. A lot of restaurants, market etc. The aparatment was clean, nicely arranged. The staff which was helping the owner was very pleasant.

The draining from the shower was awfull.

Breakfast to go was included. The staff were really nice. It was very close to the Vatican and also the metro which is super handy

The host is very helpful and the location is amazing! Very close to the metro/bus and lots of coffee shops/restaurants/supermarkets nearby.

We couldn't manage to close the exterior shutters so there was a lot of light coming in early in the morning... But maybe they could be closed, we just didn't know how...

Flavio was very easy to contact, also let me leave my bag after I checked out so I could still go around the city a bit more before my flight. The bed was awesome! Shower needs a bit more water pressure but everything was just to my liking. The location is also great! Close to Vatican and the metro.
