location- 5-10 min walk to vatican/st. Peters, close to metro station, many restos, 2 markets nearby, we walked to piazza navona in 20 min. Metro easy to use, safe area. luca very nice, responds promptly, ac worked well, noisy but we got used to it. Room was spacious, fridge in room, coffee/tea/microwave/cutlery and plates available. Lift was tiny, could fit 3 ppl max, we used stairs a lot. Bfst vouchers included in a nearby Cafe, hot bvg/juice and delicious pastry of choice- perfect Italian bfst.

safe was complicated to use, Shower sometimes ran out of hot water. You are given only one set of towels to use for entirety of stay which for us was 5 days

Everything was great! The host is great! And answers immediately to all your needs! The room was also very 👍 we stayed 3 nights and felt like we could have stayed more! Unfortunately holiday was over so was time to leave 😁 The location is 5 mins away from the Metro, approximately 8 mins walk to the Vatican Basilica and there are also plenty of nice restaurants or shops (carrefour express is also ~ 3 mins away). Honestly we did not have any problems with the location or the room, so we are very likely to come back 😊

The location and price point are perfect for budget travelers. The room is very clean and the owner very friendly. The voucher you receive for your free breakfast is very typical of an Italian breakfast, and the coffee and pastries were excellent.

Room is quite small but just fine for our stay. We just had to maneuver a bit to be comfortable.

The host was adorable, really worried about making sure we had a nice experience. We asked to adjust some points that were not in the agreement, and the host made all the efforts to meet our request (even though he had absolutely no obligation). That really makes the holiday easier and more enjoyable. If you read this, thank you again. The breakfast was nice, coffee and a delicious croissant =)

I have no complaints.

We were given vouchers for a cafeteria near the hotel. You were given between 3 options for breakfast (one coffee, one croissant, one juice) for each person and the whole menu was so delicious! The portions exceeded my expectations!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Luca was super friendly host. Always ready to help. Room was very clean and set up every day. Breakfast was in the bakery near the property with a very friendly people and fantastic Italian coffee and croasant. Location perfect. Very near Vatican and metro station.

The room was great, cleaning every day.. Luca was very helpful and communication was very easy, all our issues were always solved.. Location is great, We enjoyed our stay.

The only negative is the staff in the cafe where we had our breakfast - seemed like the woman there saw us as a problem, than as clients, and didn’t even try to be friendly. Coffee and pastry were good though.

The location was perfect for us. Area was quiet and metro was im short walking distance. The room was very clean and you have everything you needed, and if there was anything you needed, the stuff was very helpful. We loved that the breakfast time was flexible and the cafe for breakfast was really nice.

Nice quiet Bed and Breakfast very close to the Vatican. As we spent only little time in our room, the small size was no problem. We got vouchers to have breakfast in a nearby beakery and to get a discount in a Osteria for dinner. Our Host was very helpful, good choice all in all.

Room was really big, beds were comfortable. We really liked the breakfast in the cafe near the accommodation (one hot drink + juice + croissant for everyone)

The water in the shower flowed really poorly, sometimes hardly at all, and was either scalding hot or cold.
