The location is great, really close to the underground, with lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was big, the bathroom was very comfortable, included of additional items such as shower gel and the like - and everything was very clean. The bed was really comfortable ad we made use of the extra pillows too! There was air conditioning available, as well as tea, coffee and chocolate! Tommaso is a great host, accommodated our needs with check in changes and helped with finding a lovely pizza place nearby. The breakfast is offered at a local bar, which has a good choice of traditional Italian breakfast (I loved the freshly baked cornetto pastry) and great coffee. Really recommended

Tommasso was an exceptional host. He was very responsive and if we needed anything, he was there for us. The place was soo clean, shower had strong pressure and the room was big for us and our toddler. The place was super central and the bus and metro were a few metres from the house. We walked to Vatican in 5 mins! If I come to Rome, I will for sure stay here again thanks to Tommasso. There is one thing: This was not Tommasso’s fault but the only inconvenience was the wifi was down in the building and we had to pay cash instead of card for the booking.

Great place to stay. It is close to the Vatican so the area is very clean and peaceful. There is metro and buses so you can easily reach to most parts of the city. Room is enough for two people, clean and neat. Air conditioning working great. If you need breakfast you can purchase it at the property or you can just have coffee or tea(available in the room). Helpful owner, you can ask him for help if you need.

Lovely room with great flair, perfectly located to explore the Vatican area, delicious and affordable food around the corner (e.g. I recommend dinner at Il Colibri and the breakfast at Artigiano del Caffé). The owner Tommaso is very friendly and helpful, I felt perfectly at home at the place!

Breakfast was piccobello, in a bar around the corner where the staff was very friendly. You get a croissant and a cappuccino or orange juice. The owner Tomasso is the perfect host! Very friendly, charming and helpful! Location of the B&B is also perfect, near to public transport, bars, shops etc...

The noise of the street. We had the large room at the road side and as it's a busy road there was a lot of noise. But if you wear ear plugs, the problem is solved ;-)

Absolutely perfect!!! The location was great, we had anything we needed nearby. Vatican is just 5min from the accomodation. Metro 3min to go anywhere you want. Tommaso is a great host, the room was very clean and comfortable with many facilities. I only suggest that you take earplugs with you, cause the room is on a crowded road. We recommend il leoncino 100%. Thank you for accommodating us!

the room is small but has everything you need, including a ceiling fan and air conditioning, also fridge and a kettle. Breakfast is included in the price but is served in the cafe round the corner, with a coffee of your choice and a croissant or similar. highly conveniently located for Vatican City, a Metro station and a short bus ride away from the villa Borghese. the host speaks very good English and was helpful when we had some problems with our train reservation.

Tommaso the owner was very kind and very generous. first of all before we arrived he asked where we are and helped us to find the place. when we arrived he gave us cocktails,it was amazing. after the checkout he let us to keep our luggage until 00:00! the room was very clean and in a good location . the breakfast was a voucher in a coffee place. we felt like locals people, very tasty. if you are reading this comment go to this place. you will not regret this.

Location is perfect for exploring Rome. The local cafe where breakfast was provided was lovely, very friendly staff and the chocolate croissants were a great way to start the day.

The only downside was accessibility with a pushchair, the lift is too narrow so had to carry it up and down the stairs everytime (luckily it's only on the first floor) although this seems to be a common theme across all of Rome.
