Staff, Apel was friendly and welcoming. He helped me with my questions and requests. Great location close to Termini station.

I personally didn't mind it, but I could hear the noise from other rooms. As per the warning in the room, there's limited use of hot water, but again, it was noted, and thus there's no surprise.

The room we stayed in is quite spacious and clean. There is a wardrobe and a table and chair which is very much needed. (Mentioning this because i have seen in many cities in europe they dont have a wardrobe in hotel rooms..very weird) The AC worked perfectly. The washroom is equipped with toiletries. The host is super helpful. They even gave us free water bottles (again unlike many hotels in Europe, who ask you to drink water from the tap next to a western commode, otherwise you have to buy water from them...yuks) but this hotels pleasantly surprised us. The location is just perfect, right next to roma termini.

The bathroom is quite congested and in the room we stayed there was a continuous noise of water flowing..it was disturbing inthe night..I understood from the host that it's only in that room because of the water tank line runs from there..and the lift is very very compact.

Spacious room, great location. All required amenities were available. Was it the best most amazing bed I slept on - no. But it did the job. Location and price was essential for me, and this fit the bill. Reading the reviews helped me to figure out the entrance codes etc. Staff was efficient at providing information in advance -- read your messages. Also -- you need to be clear about your arrival and departure times, as staff are not present 24/7.

It felt pricey for what was offerred - but then again, this was Rome in summer. :-)

Great location, Colosseum is basically 15 min walking distance. Great for someone who want to spend few days in Rome and don’t want to travel a lot. We bought a 48h hop on bus ticket and it stopped 5 min walk away from our hotel. Our room was cleaned every single day and the guy is very friendly and helpful :) overall i would recommend this hotel!

Breakfast… i would not call this breakfast and ask any money for it. We choose this hotel over others because of the breakfast option and we basically got bananas, apple and 7days for breakfast. I am still happy with the hotel and would recommend. Simple and clean room with shower. No extras but to be honest! You get what you pay for. Great value for money :)

Our houst/ receptionist was extremely helpfull. I had doubt about this hotel, but now i know if i ever come back i would definitely go back to the same place. The place was clean. Outside the room looks bad but then again all buildings looks old in the area. But the stay was definitely comfortable and clean. We just want to say thank you.

Hallways could need a little maintenance and cleaning and outside needs a sign with the hotel.name

The location was great! Really close to the train station and there were lots of restaurants just outside the property. As a female travelling alone, I felt safe and didn’t have to walk far. The owner was also very friendly and accommodating and let me leave my bags at the property whilst I went exploring.

It did take me a while to find the property on the street. This is not a complaint, but if anyone else is struggling to find it, it’s a door between some restaurants. The building is used by several other businesses and the accommodation is on the very top floor.

I travel frequently around Italy, and every so often I stay at one of the very basic hotels in the Termini area, strictly for the sake of convenience (there is hardly another reason to stay in this area). The place that I usually stay at on these occasions closed down, so I had to find another; I was a bit wary, because the economy hotels in this area tend to be low-quality and even seedy. La Casa dell'Arte, however, was entirely satisfactory: my room was tidy, spacious, and comfortable, not to mention very quiet. The staff was especially kind and helpful, which was all the more impressive since the staff member who was supposed to greet me on arrival was in an accident on his way to the hotel; they even showed me the ER admission papers, and he was visibly injured (yet still at work) the next day. Despite this, their main concern still seemed to be the satisfaction of their guests; they were quite disappointed about a negative review from a guest they weren't able to greet punctually. I was impressed with their dedication even in the face of such difficulty, and will gladly make this my new default hotel in the Termini area.

The location was perfect! Very close to the termini ( almost 3 min. Walk). The staff was very polite, the room was well cleaned. Toiletries and towels were provided. There is a hair dryer and mini fridge ( with free offered water bottles). We stayed for 1 night and i can recommend it for a short stay.

Noise from the street. But if you close the window and turn on the AC. it is quiet.

The location was very good but initially the actual hotel is not easy to find. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and someone was available the whole time we were there. The hotel is located very close to the termini and they held our luggage all day FOC as we had a late flight which was great for our last day of sightseeing. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day.

The room, although double-glazed didn't entirely block out the very early morning noise from the busy street below, e.g. refuse collectors and delivery lorries. The hotel itself was quiet though. The included breakfast was taken at a cafe a few meters along the road and not at the hotel and it was actually just a coffee, juice (not fresh) and a croissant although the lady who served us everyday was pleasant and efficient.

😊My opinion for this price is excellent hostel and I am full satisfied👌 for this hostel and very good breakfast. Very friendly staff and special for appel manager is great and good and kind and helpful person👍. Room is clean, no voice room and bathroom is good.sleeping beds is also big. My family like this hostel🎊 because every places for tourist attractions is near🏃‍♀️ and bus stop and termini stop also near. In future I definitely again visit this hostel and I recommend all tourists for this hostel. Thanks to Appel manager and la Casa Dell'Arte ❤️.
