The room was just like the photos. Very confortável bed, quiet and air conditional working perfectly. Clean Shower and bedroom. The location is great, walking distance from any touristic point. But my biggest compliments go to the staff, they were simply amazing. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 4am instead of 23 as initially planned, they arranged everything so we could enter our room immediately. Also, I forgot my watch on the room and they promptly searched for it send it back via mail. Not to mention that we had to extend our stay for one night extra and they helped us again to find a solution. Super communicative, understanding and helpful!

Location was amazing, and the rooms had a very fun “kitschy” faux renaissance vibe. Rooms were clean, and AC was comfortable. The front desk staff was very kind, and allowed us to store our luggage at the front desk when we arrived early in Rome.

Some of the fixtures were a little worn down, and the shower curtain was a tension rod that fell on me when I closed the shower curtain. While the front doors into the lobby area was fairly secure, the doors to the individual rooms seemed to be secured by extremely simple single bit keys (with as far as I can tell, no unique cuts), which raises some security concerns.

Exceptional interior design with insane amount of art. The whole environment seems to be enveloped in the spirit of antiquity. The feeling as if you were transported to the 14th century and are visiting some royal person at the palace. Breakfast on the rooftop is separate type of pleasure- breathtaking view and really tasty and wide options to eat

This royal palace certainly has its drawbacks. The ancient windows apparently haven’t been changed since that time, which of course plays the role to the atmosphere, but is not entirely compatible with the realities of life in the city center in the 21st century. We were lucky enough to stay at the hotel on a Friday night and spent half the night listening to the cheering crowd outside the window as though they were right in our room. The amazing experience provided me with thrills and fascinating nightmares due to the constant screams and noise, I dreamed of some kind of natural disaster, where everyone was yelling and panicking

The room was as we expected really nice. Very clean and location was very good.

When we asked the hotel to arrange a taxi for us to the airport, they said they had had a transfer limousine service that they could arrange for 70 euros or we could find a taxi line on our own and pay 50 euros for the taxi. We paid for the limousine service to be safe but we were very dissappointed when a TAXI picked us up…

Great location, the room is fabulous and very impressive. it is like a classic museum, we stay in the room as if we enjoyed its Rome vintage style of the room ornaments, decoration and its a unique beauty. I love it very much. We feel very comfortable to stay in such a room. We will come back.

It will be much better if there could be a suitable place for the electronic kettle use with some cups. It can improve the service perfectly. It will be much better if some hooks are fixed in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes.

We were travelling in group of 3 friends. Location: FANTASTIC. Main Rome attractions in walking distance. Fumicino airport bus stop also walking distance. Room located in the old city. Breakfast located in a different building ( 5 min walk but still..... ) however the 5th floor Rome view was fantastic. Every day breakfast on the outside terrace was a nice start of a day. Breakfast in Italian and continental style with juices and fruits. Very good to start a day. Room equipped with towels, shower cream and shower caps. Room service and cleaning every day.

Sofa bed uncomfortable and only blanket to cover. To light for February.

Decoration, service and place near eveything To see. The entrance narrow " vicolo" and stairs seemed sad But once inside everythingi change for tje beþet. I would place a red carpet om the Staircase. It woould look much better. I would come back.

The position was incredibly convenient, close to the centre, and great amenities, like local restaurants and caffes. The staff was incredibly friendly and the place has a really nice terrace where they serve a nice breakfast.

The room was way darker than expected, the photos on the website are a lot brighter . Despite that, the room was cosy, and we enjoyed the medieval vibe.

Funky, quirky room with lots of charm. Good breakfast, excellent location (tucked away from traffic noise) 5 minute walk to the pantheon and 2 excellent restaurants 3 minutes walk

The sofa bed needs replacing. Was a bit of a rough sleep for me. My family slept great though

absolutely wonderful location, very safe and convenient for walking to piazza navona ( 5 minutes away) the rooms are decorated with rustic furniture, we only used the room for showering and sleeping. because there’s so much to see abs do in Rome literally on the doorstep

I think there could be a bit newer softer bed linens but that’s all we can say.
