The hotel is very good located, the room looked new and the small gifts like a bottle of water, juice and chips were very nice. Also, i liked the concept with the code and no reception. I used the offered bars and restaurants from the hotel list and there were good suggestions. Communication via whatsapp was very fast and easy.

I have stayed for 4 nights and nobody cleaned my room. Not even towels were changed. The doors and walls are too thin so you hear everything, also i had to cover the bottom of the door with something, because the light from the corridor was too bright and it would shine under the door, because the door is too short. When i checked out there was no option to leave my luggage, the amount of lockers is not enough for the amount of rooms,so everything was taken.

Great location, close to this famous Alfredo pasta place. Cute and classic building - very easy to get in and out with this PIN code system - I loved not carrying a key or card with me. My room overlooked a cute terrace, was very romantic.

My first day the cleaning lady was shouting for a while quite loudly, laughing etc. I think she was just having a good time but the walls are quite thin :D Anyways, I asked her and it never happened again. So maybe just prepare with earplugs. But everything else was great :)

The location was perfect for our short 4 night stay in Rome. Our 4th floor quadruple room was thankfully two double rooms and ours had plenty of space, and the television. There was a balcony from the main room with interesting rooftop views out. The smaller room had only windows into the light well. The bathroom, although small, was modern and clean with a great shower. Access was simple with a code for the building and room. Breakfast down the road was excellent and it was nice to see the same friendly staff each day.

It looked as if there had once been a reception with people to greet and tend to you but was now just a comfortable but empty space. The cost efficient set up is fine but it wasn’t cheap and the lack of staff let us down twice. First our bed squeaked awfully, removing the advantage of having a room separate from our children. Second, we had to wait some two hours for a fireman to turn off the over-sensitive fire alarm when it went off late in the evening. Was the accommodation an apartment or a hotel? I can’t remember how it was classified when I booked it but a hotel wouldn’t have had us unnecessarily waiting outside for so long. One more thing - more hooks needed for the towels.

This hotel was available at the last minute after my AirBnB was cancelled and it was fantastic. In a good location in Rome, near the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Novana and connected to public transport. Interesting concept of having no staff on site but it work very well. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. A great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something in Rome.

I would have liked access to a kitchen, but as I was booking literally 24 before check-in I had to take what room I could get. There are rooms with kitchens so I will know of this hotel in future. There is on-site storage, lockers, so if they are all full you will need to find an alternative place to store your luggage, so be aware of that. I think that perhaps there might have been a problem with the ones at this place because all of them were consistently locked up so perhaps they are locked but with nothing inside them.

It’s location, a walk to all the major attractions in Rome, nice out look over the roof tops of Rome. 3 mins around the corner and your in the hustle of Rome yet the place was located in a quiet area.Communication via WhatsApp was excellent. Nice little extra touches, tea, coffee, kettle and mini fridge. Really well equipped.

There was an issue with the electricity, planned maintenance work. I didn’t receive an email about it. However the couple staying in the next apartment had been notified but less than 24hrs beforehand. If planned maintenance is taking place people should be told this at the time of booking. Our floor also had a separate issue with the electricity and the next day no hot water. This was all attended too very quickly and the response via WhatsApp is super fast.

I booked this apartment after having a terrible experience at our first hotel - the customer service team were wonderful The apartment was small which we knew but had everything you needed including a beautiful rooftop terrace Fridge, safe, desk, coffee pod machine - they’ve managed to fit everything in TV with chromecast, super comfy bed and pillows and a beautiful bathroom It is also in a great location with restaurants, supermarkets and attractions very close by

Couldn’t name a thing that we didn’t like

the property’s location is very good. it’s very close to piazza Navona and Pantheon The hotel offers a no contact policy in check in by providing the info with number on PIN. Our room was on the third floor and it was very comfy. plus was that they provided a mini bar with a complimentary beer and drink along with a bottle of water. also coffee machine is provided within the room with a set of complimentary pods to be used.

the only thing that I did not like is that during our 3 day stay we did not have ang cleaning service perform actions on the room.

Good location - close to the touristy areas and lots of restaurants. Kettle / mini fridge - complimentary tea and coffee, a bag of chips and water, few drinks. Such a nice touch! Toiletries- branded hand and body wash, moisturiser, shampoo and conditioner. Nicely furnished. Comfortable bed. Easy check in - they give you a code & send message updates, let’s you know if the room is ready before the official check in time.

Not great wifi - drops off every now and then and often slow. Not the best soundproofing. The hotel is in a quiet area but could hear the neighbours, slamming doors, etc. The single room was tiny - no room for like a chair (just bed, nightstand and the small closet.

Hotel is very centrally located, so within walking distance from all major attractions, but at the same time on a quite street. The concept of no-reception hotel was a first time for me, but it was quite smooth - the check in and check out is easy, and if you don't have any complaints or requests during your stay, then its ok. The design looks great so the stay in the room was pleasant. The beds are also very comfortable. In general, I believe we come back here when we go to Rome again.

Not cleaning the room for a week was crazy. I understand that you can do it for extra fee or if you are staying for longer than a week, but we stayed for 7 nights and we lacked this basic amenity a lot. Also very very thin walls!! You can hear other guests walking, talking, closing doors, taking showers, etc.

The self check-in and check-out is very convenient if this is something you enjoy. You just walk in and out with your code. Also the request to an early check-in is free and we receive our room 4 hours before check-in! And else there are lockers to come back later. The room was clean and has very nice toiletries like shampoo.

Only if you prefer a human interaction with a reception it might not be for you. In the afternoon and evening there is employee present in the lobby.
