My sister and I stayed at the annex building of the hotel which only has 5 rooms which share a common kitchen area. It was great! It felt more like a private little apartment in the heart of Rome.

What I’m about to write isn’t a complaint about the property but the other hotel guests who didn’t read or care to follow directions regarding the elevator in the building. Since the annex is situated on the top level of a residential building and shares the only elevator with the other apartments I found it very inconsiderate that many guests wouldn’t make sure that all the doors of the elevator were closed and therefore the elevator wouldn’t function. It’s really incredible how unaware some people can be.

The room was nice and comfy. The facility is clean. The room was located in a different building. It's more of an American style air bnb with room service. It has towels and room service which is great, and the small breakfast area in the room and the common area has some delicious snacks. The rooms are hard to get to it is alot of work but it is worth it. I'd you are elderly or need assistance climbing steep stairs, sorry but yhis is not the place for you. The shower is not closed off at all. We stayed in the red room. The toiled is walled off but its small.

The drains need work, it was unfortunate in our time there, but the shower drained very slow. The shower need grout the dark missing spots make it look like mold recommend you fix that before you get a complaint.

excellent location, we had a balcony with a view of the Spanish Steps. Great shower! Although there is no reception queries by WhatsApp/email are answered promptly.

first of all this is not hotel Adriano, which is undergoing renovation, so the website could be misleading. The lift is extremely small and only works if the doors have been closed when the previous passenger got out. there are almost 100 steps up to the Domus Adriano, which could be a real problem for older guests.

My 16 year old daughter and I stayed in the Annex of Hotel Adriano on a 5 night visit to Rome and it was quite simply brilliant!! It's location is so central that many attractions are within easy walking distance eg. the Trevi Fountain. Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Vatican. Our room was spotless, well equipped and surprisingly quiet for such a central location - having a terrace to sit outside and soak up the sounds of Rome was quite simply the icing on the cake! Barbara, the owner, could also not have been more welcoming or helpful - we were incredibly grateful.. We will definitely revisit!!

We were very happy with everything!!

The room was super-comfortable and beautifully appointed - the furnishings and the makeup of the bathroom especially had a real upmarket feel to them. Sra. Ricci was extremely engaging, helpful and welcoming, even if remotely. The cleaning service was meticulous to a fault. The balcony is a nice bonus, going out over a sidestreet, and the apartment is far enough up not to register most of the noise. The place is as centrally located as one could wish for, just a stone's throw from the Pantheon and Spanish steps. All in all a real bargain for Rome, and booked so short-term as well - pretty close to the perfect travel solution imo. Apparently the "regular" Hotel Adriano is set to reopen in fall '23, and I'll be curious to be back to see what it looks like and whether it has a more personable atmosphere than the way this annex was run, which is the only room for improvement I could think of.

The fridge can be a bit loud and it's not possible to switch it off or unplug it (probably for good reason), but that's just a common feature of many accommodations in Mediterranean countries.

We were actually in the annex for the hotel. The main hotel was being refurbished. We were well aware of this at booking. The rooms were great and quite. There is a common area with an Nepresso machine, fridge, sink, items for breakfast, etc. What really made our stay great was the responsiveness of Barbara the host. She was super responsive. She answered questions, arranged for taxis and generally served as a concierge despite not being on site. She was awesome.

The hotel was closed for renovation, we got a room in the residence "domus adriani". The room was on the penultimate floor, with a private terrace. The service was professional and personal. We received a video to ease our arrival, and there was ample possibility to get additional information and help. Room service was exemplary

There was no real breakfast, but the nearby Piazza del Pantheon offers ample possibilities. A bit further away, a terrace facing the fountain of the four rivers inpiazza Navona provided an ideal setting. But the bar in via Portoghesi on the corner with via della Scrofa must surely rank as our favourite roman headquarters in the morning. Friendly prices, smiles, and full of romans.

Barbara was so helpful and efficient.

We reserved and expected to be at the hotel with all commodities, but because of renovations, we were informed that we would stay in another building a few meters away. Yet, We decided to keep our reservation since we liked the location and we don’t regret. It was a different experience but still a good one!

This might be one of the best acommodation I have reserved in my life. Everything was absolutely perfect, but what really exceeded my expectations were the location, both quiet and safe but also central and lively, few minutes from Piazza Navona and the absolutely stunning balcony, along with its view, I truly recommend that you taken pictures at dawn. he host was also always very nice and helpful whenever I asked for something. Thank you, Hotel Adriano!!
