The staff was fantastic. The owner, Sam, was very accommodating and did everything he could to help make everything great. Fabrizia (sp?) and Aurelia, reception staff, were so helpful and knowledgeable and personable, unlike most places you might stay. Transportation from train station upon arrival and then to airport on departure was arranged for a reasonable price and was fantastic. Location couldn't be better. Bus right outside the front door that took us everywhere we wanted to be. 24 hour access to lobby for coffee, snacks and drinks. Laundry facilities available in lobby area. Reception hours better than expected. House keeping visited every day with clean, fluffy towels. Immediate response to any questions. Valuable, extensive information at check-in with the reception staff. REAL air conditioning which was not our experience at other places we stayed on this trip. Would definitely stay here again. Can't say enough good things.

The location is a bit far from the centre, but it has good connection to bus and metro stations. You could be in the centre of Roma in 15mins. Our room was very spacious it had everything you might need. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful on to informing us where to go ans what to see. Everyone spoke good english so there was no problem communicating. Another thing that was very rare when you go to touristic cities was that it had free parking right in front of the property, there is plenty of space for cars. Highly recommended!

The wifi could have been better and a smart tv would have been nice - but yet again this is Rome there is so much to see there!

Very clean rooms. Fully equipped kitchen facilities. Reception staff among the most helpful ever encountered. Very comfortable beds. Great value for money. Would love to visit again. The room thermostats were great too. Fresh coffee machines with exquisite Italian ginseng chocolate espresso ;) Also: rooms are very new. Probably less than a few years. Typical old Italian style building, with pleasent view on urban neighbourhood and cute little street. Bus stop <1 minute away. Don't let the negatives dishearten you, this hotel is 100% recommended.

The neighbours. Unfortunately, we encountered some very loud hotel guests who routinely shouted in the corridors at 2am, and 4:40am... This is just bad luck, and after asking them politely to keep more quiet, they also complied. I'm also sure that the receptionists would have given us other rooms if we would have asked. Also the toilet/shower light is motion activated, so you need to keep moving while using the toilet/shower. The heating is a bit loud sometimes.

1. Pet friendly with reasonable extra charge . 2. Video camera guarded parking , not reserved parking but easy to find ( during my winter stay ) 3. Super friendly and helpful staffs , they are all nice ! Cannot lower than 5 stars ! 4. Easy check in and check out 5. City tax can be paid with credit card 6. Location: to city center and Vatican within 30 mins by metro which is the best in Roma ( you cannot drive to Roma center without some criteria rules and licenses )

1. A little bit noisy because the door is not sound proofed 2. Public kitchen and other guest ate my food, fruits and drunk my apple cider

The appartements are nicely sheltered from the busyness of the city, whilst remaining incredibly well accessable for travel to and from the city centre. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived and gave us a lot of very helpful information, including a booklet with information about sights to see, how to get there, and many other great insights that helped a lot during our stay, along with advice on how to move on to the next stage of our journey! The appartements themselves are well looked after and include daily roomservice for fresh towels and taking trash away, allowing a clean home to return to each day. Having your own little home base to settle down in, is a really great luxury to have after spending the day viewing and visiting all Rome has to offer. With a shopping centre just a short walk away, we were able to really make this stay our own. Overall, this has been one of the best places I/we've stayed in and I'd definitely return here when visiting Rome again!

There's nothing really negative to remark about the stay we had or the property itself, both were great for us. The only thing to remark would be the hillside road trip down to the nearby metro and shopping centre, which is up and down a not too busy road with not too great pavement on the side, which potentially wouldn't be for all travelers. Luckily there's also a bus to take, as the staff mentioned at the start of our stay, but you'll have to plan your departure around it, as we found it doesn't travel that often. We however found this of no concern at all and happily walked the relatively short distance in about 10 minutes.

We were very happy with our stay at Aurelia Vatican Apartments. We were first greeted buy a lovely woman at the front desk who gave us great recommendations for places to eat at and also how the city's public transport system works. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom - the flushing system was quite noisy so the people sleeping right next to the bathroom had their sleep interrupted quite a bit. The metro stop is quite close, maybe a 15 minute walk away so getting to the city is quite comfortable. We used the transport organized by the property from and to the airport which was a quick and also for a group the size of ours, the price was quite reasonable.

We had a one bedroom apartment, it was great to have a separate bedroom from the living room. Great to have a kitchen area to prepare food, snacks , tea and coffee etc Bus was right outside directly into the busy areas of Rome. Metro down the street. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got great ideas of where to visit from the staff. The owner drive is to the airport today as the taxis were all booked for Ryder Cup. Super helpful.

Little bit noisy being on the ground floor by the main entrance. The family above us, moved furniture late at night and early in the morning. It was like the were dragging chairs or beds around the room and the kids were running around, sounded like elephants from below. Roof top terrace a bit rundown and unloved! The shower was great but slow to drain. Floor from bathroom to loving area very slippery after a shower. Be good to have coffee and tea in the room, also more pillows and another blanket.

The room was perfect. It was big, clean, and light. The kitchen had all equipment that we needed. There was a big balcony with a view on the inner yard. Towels were changed every day. It was very comfortable there, I’d stay there for a long period. There is also a place for cars right in front of the house. The bus stop is in 1 minute walk, metro station is in 20 minutes walk or 4 bus stops. Thus, it’s convenient to leave a car and explore Rome without searching for available parking lots. Though it’s not very close to the city center. To get to the Vatican (the closest location) you’ll to spend 30 minutes (by foot or by bus - similar). The bus doesn’t follow the schedule, and sometimes you can wait for it for 15-30 minutes. To get to other attractions you’ll need to change a few buses, or bus and metro.

Location is great. Place is in a quiet neighborhood with transportation, gas station and a mall nearby. Bus stop is literally outside the building. Spacious rooms. Free available parking. Office is open from morning to late night for any assistance or support. They have great tourist/local recommendations.

Really minor maintenance details. The luggage rack was broken. A bit of the paper cover of the kitchen cabinets was loose, the doorframe in the bathroom was unglued at the bottom. But this is me just been picky. I would definitely stay here again. Oh! also would be a good idea to have citronella candles or electric bug killer as there were many mosquitos. But that's just nature :) obviously not on the hotel.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, the front desk people are super nice and gave us a guide to the city which helped immensely during our trip. Access to laundry was helpful. Kitchen was nice to have.

Location is a little far away especially since the A line closes at 9pm from Sunday-Thursday nights. We had a couple time where we relied on unreliable busses. We didn’t always get hot water in our shower.
