Lucilla and Rosana were amazing hosts! They took care of every detail and gave us excellent information before and during our arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. The common area was always stocked with coffee, fruits, treats. The neighborhood is quite noisy, but when the windows are closed there is nice soundproofing. It is a short walk to Vatican city and the Metro. A perfect stay, we highly recommend it.

The location was really great for us. We walked all over the city & found it very easy to come & go. We took a bus from the airport & the drop off point was not too far from the room. We took the bus back to the airport when it was time to fly out & found that it worked out easily (we bought our tickets online the day before). The Metro was not far away either & we took that a couple of times. There are many good restaurants nearby—the bakery was GREAT! Lucilla was very helpful with instructions by email & also on the phone. Emilio met us at the apartment & gave great tips. The room was small, but enough for me & my wife & was super clean, comfortable & quiet.

Location - walking distance to almost everything and to the metro. It's also conveniently located to the SIT bus stop which is a direct link from the airport to the city for only 7 euro. Kitchen - We also liked the shared kitchen which gets stocked up with biscuits, sweets, tea and yogurt which you can use for free. Breakfast - The breakfast included at the local bakery is also delicious and prices are very reasonable at the bakery if you want additional things. Host - Thank you to Bori for being a great host and sharing valuable information and a map of city and afcourse a list of all the good restaurants and for frequently checking in on us, even before we landed.

Really great location. So close to the Vatican City and in the heart of Rome without feeling the hustle and bustle of a major European/Touristy city. Special acknowledgement to Bori from B&B who went above and beyond for making us feel welcome. Not only did she leave a special surprise in our bedroom for our honeymoon, she also took the time to show us the best two walking routes in Rome. Additionally, she shared a Google list of all local restaurants she'd recommend. Would highly recommend B&B Domus Quirtum to friends and family for their upcoming trips to Rome.

Lucilla sent us clear and detailed check-in information and we were very pleased with the possibility of checking in earlier. The rooms are located in a beautiful quiet apartment building, near metro station, shuttle bus station to the airport, Castel d'angelo and Vatican. You can easily reach the historic city center on foot. There are lots of good restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. There is good shopping in the area. There is a smaller local bar under the windows, which can disturb more sensitive guests on some days. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and toiletries. The room is well maintained and clean. On the day of departure, it was not a problem to leave luggage in the common areas of the accommodation. Italian breakfast was in a nearby cafe - croissant, coffee and fresh orange juice. If we are in Rome again, we know where we will stay. Thank you for everything Lucilla.

Be careful which waiter you meet in the cafe during breakfast time, the first day we had to pay extra for orange fresh juice, the second day it was already included in the price.

Our host Bori was so attentive and helpful. Getting breakfast from a nearby cafe also was a nice addition. The room and bathroom were really lovely and we had a nice view looking onto the fountain. We were also allowed to leave our bags in the communal space after checkout until 11pm because we had a very late bus - this was sooo helpful. Overall great experience. It is literally a 3 minute walk from a metro too and surrounded by great restaurants and gelato spots! 15 mins to the Vatican City which was great for us with an early tour.

This is the room with a private bathroom in an apartment, that has three other rooms that are similar to the one we rented. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. There was a Nespresso machine in the apartment with an assortment of cookies, some yogurt and a selection of tea. We had a vaucher for a restaurant nearby for morning coffee and croissant. The place is in a very safe area, close to Vatican (about 10 min leisurely walk). We also walked to Piazza di Populo, Pantheon, fountain de Treve. Lucilla was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Gave us great recommendations to the local restaurant. Great value for the money. Would gladly stay here again!

My husband and I came to Rome at the beginning of our honeymoon trip and we really enjoyed our stay at B&B Domus Quiritum. Bori gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived! She was extremely helpful with recommendations for local restaurants, how to find all the Rome attractions, and how best to move around the city. She was always a message away if we needed her! And the location was great - a short walk to the attractions yet far enough away that you weren't always surrounded by other tourists. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

Bori, our host/reception, was very welcoming and warm. There were only 4 rooms in total and it felt very homely. Our room felt comfortable and cosy, we really felt like we could relax. Prati is an amazing neighbourhood too - away from the tourist crowds and it feels safe.

There's a bar/restaurant downstairs that can be quite noisy at night but thankfully it closes at 10pm every day. The walls are not very soundproof so some noise do get in which was a bit hard when you're fighting jetlag!

Everything. Host - Bori was helpful, hospitable and made sure our stay was comfortable. Room was excellent. Self contained 1 bedroom apartment, with all amenities and appliances inside the room. View was overlooking the street roundabout. It's above a bar, but no noise can be heard from the room. The neighborhood is very safe. Close to many restaurants, cafes, bars. Mini groceries and pharmacy all in walking distance. Proximity to Vatican city is so close.
