I recommend Regolo rooms to everyone. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Vatican. You can reach all important sights by walking. There is also a metro station nearby. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The receptionist gave us all the necessary information and ordered a taxi to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. They were cleaned every day, and we were given as many clean towels as we requested. Good value for money compared to some other accommodation in Rome.

Something is wrong with the boiler. Hot water runs out too quickly.

Room was perfectly clean and spacious. In a good location, slightly out of the main city centre but we still walked everywhere. And it was nice to be away from the touristy areas. Also the restaurant directly across the road was amazing and exactly what we needed after a day of travel! Staff were very attentive and answered any questions I had and were always a friendly face when walking past reception. And a small aperitif in the room when we arrived was a nice gesture. They also were happy to look after our bags for us on the last day.

Regolo Rooms Vaticano has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Emily and Chiara are there to help you with whatever you need to make your stay pleasant and stress free. They handled all our car services and tours. The iron in my room was not working properly and a new one was bought and delivered to my room right away. What is amazing is that these ladies actually want to help you make the best of your stay. I still can’t get over how wonderful this team is. As for the property, it was clean and close to everything.

The staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with any queries we had not only about the room/ facilities but also with places to eat and how to get about nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were nearer to the Vatican City, street was not too busy which was nice as noise was not an issue when trying to sleep etc. Room was very clean and refreshments were provided on arrival and there were also drinks in the mini bar at which you could purchase. Bed was extremely comfy and there was also a TV with Netflix which was brilliant to put on to go to bed. Overall a great stay and I would definitely return!

There wasn’t anything to complain about with this stay it was extremely pleasurable.

Apartments are in good condition, everything is fresh and working nicely. Location is great. The administrators are super nice and welcoming. All in all, I think it is hard to find such quality for this price.

You need to be really picky to find some disadvantages. Well, maybe pillows are not perfect, but it doesn't affect our stay.

The room is very beautiful and just as the pictures show. It’s very central to many attractions in Rome, including Vatican City and walking distance to the Coliseum. There’s many nice restaurants, coffee shops, and retail around the corner. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is nice and spacious. Check in process is very easy and both Chiara and Emily were very helpful, giving restaurant recommendations, a map of the city, and calling a driver to pick us up at 4:30am to take us to the airport. It’s an amazing deal for the price!

Emily from the front desk at Regolo Rooms Vaticano was so sweet and helpful. The whole communication with the guest house went so smooth and well from the booking, through the check-in and to the check-out. The room was so comfy and cozy, equipped with everything we needed for a weekend escape. The location is key if you'd like to explore Prati and the area around the Vatican. We walked almost everywhere. There are a number of good restaurants, cafe bars, pasticcerias and shops nearby.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We were totally happy with our stay. We highly recommend Regolo Rooms Vaticano and we would love to stay there again!

Our room was comfortable, clean, and decorated nicely. The location was perfect. The highlight of our stay at Regolo rooms was definitely Emily at the reception desk. This is a small boutique hotel with large emphasis on customer service!

Complimentary bottled water every day. The little market down the street sold it at a very reasonable price. It would not have been a very big expense for the hotel to provide it.

Staff so was wonderful and took very good care of us. We managed to forget a tax form in our room when we were checking out, and Emily - the front desk manager - went out of her way to go to the post office and send the form to our next destination. Thank you, Emily! Also the breakfast place downstairs has the best focaccia I ever tried in my life. I would come back to Rome just to eat that again!

Elevator is a little claustrophobic, but you can always take the stairs.

The staff is exceptional, they are really helpful and friendly. The location is really good. Most of the places are like 15-20 min by walk, so I would say it is pretty close to everything. Metro station is also very close. (Lepanto). The rooms are like on the pictures, I think they are quite spacious, the design is also nice. Bed is comfy, and with the curtains, you can create so dark, that you won't get awake, because of the light in the morning :) (I think, it is a nice thing, because it is always an issue, at least for me :) ) There is a breakfast place, called il Gianfornaio in the same building, and I think, it is very nince, we always ate there, and it was exceptional for me, I was satisfied. I don't know how italians make their coffee, but it is always really good and the croissant with pistachio and also the crispy, very thin pizza at that place, I liked it :)
