New and very clean that is located in an Italian residential. Also passing through in a yard then reachind a historical elevator. A room with historical view. Location was safe and close to Vatican and Old Town. (10-15 min to walk). In addition, it was in front of the metro station.

If the windows are opened, mosquitos can enter the room. However there is a brand new air conditioner to prevent this issue. There is a few steps before reaching the elevator, it might be a bit of challenge for baby strollers.

The location is very nice, just in front of the Lepanto metro station and close to the Sant’angelo Castle. The room is small, but very clean and with all utilities- clean towels, shower gel, blow dryer, hangers and some sweets and an electric kettle for the morning. The bathroom is very nice and clean and there were no problems with the hot water.

The windows are badly isolated and you hear the noise from the street but we weren’t in the room for long during the day.

Very good location, we liked the neighbourhood and it was possible to walk to the centre. Only 20 minute walk to the Vatican. Very nice and kind lady receptionist. No problem with late check-in or leaving the luggage at the guesthouse. Very comfortable bed, air conditioning. Good value for money.

No bedside table on the left side of the bed, few power sockets, to charge more than 1 device at the time is uncomfortable. I slept well, but I must admit that the noise from the street was very loud (cars, hooting, motorbikes…), especially morning rush hours.

The location is excellent. Just 2 minutes from the Metro and Bus stations and only 15 minutes walk to Piazza Del Papalo and St Angelo Castle Silvia was very helpful and responsive to all our enquiries The room was very reasonable in size and there were gift champagne and chocolates for the new year. Excellent experience

We missed 2 nights due to flight reschedule and the hotel wouldn't refund or compensate because they said they kept the room for us even though we told them as soon as we found out about the flight reschedule that we will be arriving 2 days late. Anyway we didn't let this issue annoy us otherwise we would have ruined our 34th anniversary celebrations plus the hotel was really kind to us in champagne and chocolates

Absolutely everything. With a big shout to the staff who was always so kind and helpfull. The room is super confy and preety big. All necessary amenities and very very clean. The location is great, almost in front of a subway station that connects directly to the main places in the city but also withing a short walk (15 mins top) to the vatican. Many restaurants , caffes and supermarkets around the block. Seriously, this is a great place to stay in Rome!

Nothing, everything was amazing.

Loved the convenient location right next to Lepanto metro station and close to several key bus routes. Also within walking distance of the Vatican and Castel Sant'angelo. I booked the small single room which definitely lives up to its name, but was comfortable and very clean. Staff were also very responsive and gave great instructions for the self-check in process.

If you are carrying large luggage, that small single room will be a bit cosy.

Really close to the metro station A line, which is handy if needed; property is in a safe area; little to no outside noise; snacks in the room were topped up everyday; cleaning was good every day; big comfortable bed; location is great for Vatican and all other attractions on the other side of the river, everywhere is walkable; friendly and helpful staff

air con unit was a bit loud, but did its job; and the safe was not working, which was annoying as I didn’t want to carry all my money and important documents around all day with me.

Great staying, everything was ok. This place is comfortable, clean, with excellent location (close to the subway, main train station and city center). The staff is helpful and very nice. It is available during late night check-in. I would book it again next time.
