Located on the edge of the Trastevere, close to the Piazza Trisulla/Sisto bridge, it is a walking distance of practically everything that is great and interesting in Rome. So unless the weather is terrible, it is in the perfect location. There's also a 24/7 taxi station downstairs, which is super convenient. The breakfast is basic (cofee and some pastry) and there are no facilities. But the staff is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!!!!!!!!

The walls are paper thin (I guess most Roman apartments are like that), but nothing that some ear plugs couldn't fix. If you want to sleep in the most trendy neighborhood, that's the price to pay. Other than that I have no complaints.

Great Location next to Tibur River (no view though) Owner had good communication for entry and other details. Followed up with us when we got in. (I did not have this experience at 2 other locations while travelling Italy)

Did not like the outside-suite bathroom. It was strange walking down hallway to our bathroom. However, this was NOT a surprise as the owner explained this when I booked the room. I just wouldnt do that again to save a few Euro

Location is superb. Our hostess accommodated us earlier than the normal check in and booked us a taxi to the airport for 5 am the last day,on regular Rome airport prices. She was very helpful and friendly, and contacted us before the stay. Breakfast in the nearby bar was excellent. Try the pistacchio croissant,which is out of this world.

There was a slight problem with the water tank in the toilet- it got stuck once and did not flush,we had to open the top cover.

Loved the location! We only had one night but we will definitely be back to explore more of Trastevere. Also loved the Meccanismo Bar where we had breakfast. Very good cappuccino. Claudio was a wonderful host and left us very detailed instructions and answered our question. So lovely 😍 We were very comfortable and wished we could stay longer.

We didn't realise the aircon outlet hose was put in a jug to collect the water so it overflowed a bit overnight 😳. A sign might be useful to let guest know to empty out the jug when using the aircon. We cleaned it up with towels so not a big issue.

The location was great. Very close to the center of Rome. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. There is an elevator for the building and the breakfast was good. The offered transportation for extra pay was very efficient. The host provided clear instructions for obtaining the keys and for checking out. There were a lot of keys to enter, from gate to room, and the host put the keys in order to match the sequence of doors.

The bar downstairs is noisy, with loud music turned on between 23:00 to 02:00. I was able to fall asleep due to my sleeping habits and ear plugs. That is the only thing I would be wary about. It would be good if the window had insulated glass and the AC vent was sound proofed somehow.

Excellent location and very convenient to reach to all the places of interest. Near to taxi and bus stop. Property itself is vintage and well maintained and conveniently placed in happening place Trestevere. Host and support staff were very helpful and safely collected our luggage from the airlines courier since our luggage got delayed by one day.

Great room with private bath for the price. There are a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby, so be ready for the late night noise, but we were okay with it as we were coming late home😁 The room was clean and tidy. Italian breakfast was included by voucher, coffee and croissant at the bar in the counter. We enjoyed the stay and neighborhood as well.

Great location on the Trastevere side of the Tiber, simple, but adequate and surprisingly quiet room. Host very helpful (but not present at all times). Good value for money.

Breakfast voucher for a very basic (admittedly also very Italian) breakfast at a near-by bar. Worked out fine, but must confess I prefer an in-house breakfast for a relaxed start of the day. - Key system somewhat complicated (4 keys, or was it 5?), but not really a problem.

Loved the location. Trastevere is a great suburb to stay in the place felt secure. The room was nice and we enjoyed the breakfast at the cafe nearby. Staff were friendly also.

Air conditioning was a standalone unit which was pretty noisy. The shower being on also made some weird noises from the water pipes. Not big issues though!

The location was amazing, the heart of Trastevere, the apartment was spacious and clean. The breakfast at the bar was great - get the pistachio cornetto 😍 it’s delicious! The host Claudio was super friendly and answered all the questions we had, he also gave us recommendations about the places to visit. Close to the bus station. Highly recommend!
