the location is great. we checked ourselves in - that’s a good option in case things don’t align and this way you don’t have to wait for the stuff to open. it looks like a small apartment that got turned into a multi-room Airbnb. you do need to walk a steep flight of stairs. then you end up in a common area - kitchen and the rooms are around it. the room is tiny but you won’t stay inside that much at all. you are right in the middle of it all and it will get quiet at night. the entrance to the place is right in the middle of the restaurant sitting - so prepare to take some time to find it.

I think the bathroom could be a touch cleaner, but I’m also super sensitive.

The area of Trastevere was lovely, and the hotel is located right across from the church, just around the corner of the piazza. The staff are wonderful and they do a very good, thorough job with cleaning. Very responsive to the few questions I had during our stay. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable bed, very clean. Don’t expect a lot of space, but it was perfect for our 4 night stay.

We had trouble every night getting in with the door code, and I know other guests did as well because the doorbell rang a few times in the night. We were able to use the key instead so it wasn’t a big issue. If I stayed there again however (I hope to make it back to Rome!) I’d ask for the staff to show me how to do it exactly. Also, it is quite noisy until late in the evening as it is above a lively restaurant. HOWEVER, I had earplugs for sleeping so it didn’t really bother me. Just wanted to point this out so future guests can be prepared.

Lovely accommodation and the staff were very helpful. The location is fantastic - but it is very noisy with the main square just outside. Plenty of great restauarants and bars nearby. All major sites are walking distance

While the location is great there is a trade off with noise - you are right on the main square - things often don't quieten down until midnight especially at the weekend, and the rubbish collection trucks are out and about from 7am. It's also worth noting the steps up to the rooms are very steep so if you have any mobility issues this may not be the place for you.

Just the best location! We love the Trastevere and Gianicolo. For a traditional apartment, it’s very modern and clean. Two bedroomed suite perfect for us with teenage daughter. It’s great to have the shared kitchen - fridge was essential to us in August! The balcony overlooking the Santa Maria Church and square fantastic. Action over by midnight so don’t worry about noise. We got used to telling the time by the church bells, we loved that. Our favourite neighbourhood bar is Bar del Cinque (Give Me 5) round the corner - stopped for a nightcap every night and they knew our cocktail order! . Great restaurants around our spot and 5/10 might nutre walk to Tiber bridges/taxi rank

Nothing - just that some little cartons or sachets of milk in the shared fridge would be helpful. Husband loves black coffee - me not so much or tea!

Great location, very helpful staff

As noted elsewhere, lots of stairs. Pack two smaller bags rather than one big one if you can. Getting up with our large bag was quite an undertaking but Claudia was a great help with that. Also the noise level from the various restaurants and bars and the 24 hour bell tower at the basilica can take a little getting used to but not enough to detract from the location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Luxury Trastevere, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. The prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to Luxury Trastevere on my next visit. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. We loved it.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with a very helpful host. The location is perfect for people who want to be in an area with lots of life. The stairs are steep to get to the room. The room we stayed in was large with a very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be near all the attractions plus in the hustle and bustle of beautiful old streets and lovely restaurants.

Absolutely excellent location! The staff are very friendly and helpful also during the pre-stay period as well as at the desk. The accommodation is just beautiful inside, very tastefully done and decorated in the old style but still all the modern facilities are there. I would love to stay there again and also recommend it to everyone.

Room cleaning and checkout are rather early, but then I’m not a morning person 😂

The staff was extremely helpful in helping us with a delayed bag. They were able to call the airline for us and help us communicate what needed to happen. I've very thankful for their help.

I think almost everything was great. The door was a little hard to find as there are restaurant tables set up on either side of the entrance. It was also a little loud at night, but that is a result of the centralized location.

Breakfast wasn't included. However, the apartment had a good quality coffee machine, so we had Macchiatos before we went out for breakfast.

There was nothing we didn't like, With the exception of the many steeps we had to climb. Difficult with two heavy suitcases. However, it was expected as we had deliberately selected the top unit with a terrasse, and it was worth it at the end.
