Very good location in cozy and busy area, close to all the places must visit. The apartment itself well furbished.

WC area a bit small, no place to put the stuff, doors do not close. Kitchen also a bit small, no microwave. Also have in mind that the area is very busy at night, so noisy.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in a side street approximately 200m from the main building. Location-wise it was perfect, exactly what we wanted, right in the heart of Trastevere with restaurants literally on the doorstep. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious for a family of 4. The beds were very comfortable. The double-glazed windows were great for limiting street noise. The building is old and has some character. The staff on reception in the main building were very friendly and helpful, and made the apartment available early to accommodate our arrival ahead of the normal check-in time.

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment. Note - this is a short walk from the address shown on the confirmation which threw us when trying to self check in. The apartment was very clean and spacious - 2 double bedrooms, one shower room, a kitchen (no oven or microwave, only a hob and fridge freezer) and a living area. Location wise it’s *perfect* as it’s just over the river and approx 30 min walk to The Vatican, the Colosseum and the Pantheon. It’s in the heart of a bustling restaurant scene too. There is free wifi at the property and communication with the reception was very good - text exchanges on the day of check in to confirm the address and arrangements plus helpful to arrange a taxi back to the airport. Overall, a fantastic accommodation option in Rome.

The bustling restaurant scene outside meant it’s always noisy. The afternoon was a gentle murmur in the background but every evening there was a lot of noise, music, singing etc. It was LOUD. This went on until 2am mid week so goodness knows what time it went on until on a Friday or Saturday! It made sleeping difficult in the front bedroom (back bedroom was much better). We felt safe at Tree Charme Apartments and would definitely return due to the space and fantastic location, but it was LOUD.

The location was spectacular right next to Piazza Trilussa, where it was hustling and bustling every day with locals and tourists enjoying the street performers. In addition, accessing the riverside and the mini fair was so convenient for us (across the street down the stairs). The hotel was so accommodating by placing a baby crib in the room, which made the spacious room a bit crammed but comfortable for all of us to sleep independently.

The elevator can only be accessed from the first floor, which was a bit of an inconvenience for us since we had a stroller all the time, but the reception was so nice and friendly by suggesting that we can keep the stroller in the ground floor with them. The breakfast wasn't that rich in options: some pastries, cheese, ham, cucumber, tomatoes, jam, boiled eggs and 2 options of cereal. However, it was enough and fulfilling for our active days touring the city.

A very good place for your holiday in Rome. Excellent location, magnificent historical atmosphere and cultural code of Rome at the beginning of the last century. Great restaurants and bars, walking streets, public transport stations - everything is close to you. P.S. Be sure to take a ride on the building's authentic elevator. It's fun and special

You may be disturbed by the sounds of performing artists in the square sometimes in the evenings. But many guests, on the contrary, will consider this a bonus.

Tree Charme is in a great location in Trastevere. A quick walk across the pedestrian bridge and you’ll find yourself wondering through the center of Rome and all its ancient sites. Trastevere itself is a bustling little enclave with many restaurants and bars. A favourite of ours was a relaxed deli style venue “Cantina Dei Papi” where you can have a glass of wine and charcuterie platter. There is a little laundry in Trastevere that did our wash & fold laundry in 4 hours. Our room was small but stylish and fresh overlooking the river, the bed was comfortable and the windows are double glazed for quietness. Also there is a elevator to help with taking bags up & down. All the staff we met were lovely and helpful. There is a taxi rank out the front of the Tree Charme Hotel and there was taxi’s there most of the time.

The shower would run cold for short periods of time while showering.

The host was fantastic, she was great from the get go, she showed us to our apartment and give us a map, showed us round and gave all the information needed. We were well informed. The Location was 10/10, very central to everything. No need for hire cars, taxi’s you are within walking distance to everything. If you’re feeling confident hire the scooters to get around, great fun and such a lovely way to see the city. You come out of your apartment and you are near all the pubs and restaurants, this can be a little noisy not nothing that would put me off from going back. There is very thick double glazing to drown out the noise. Atmosphere was perfect, you feel the vibe of Rome city. The apartment was immaculately clean, plenty of supplies and local to supermarkets if you want to buy supplies to cut the cost of eating out every night. It suits everyone. Very accommodating and upon first meeting the owners we felt welcomed and comfortable Easy accommodation A gem at the heart of Rome and definitely somewhere we would recommend to anyone visiting!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

I loved the location of the apartment; it was right in the heart of Trastevere, surrounded by many excellent restaurants. The check-in process was very convenient, even though the apartment was a few streets away from the hotel. We received the code in advance, and getting in was a breeze. Despite being in a lively area, the apartment was surprisingly quiet at night, thanks to the excellent window insulation. It felt very peaceful.

There wasn't much to dislike. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. If I had to mention something, it would be the bathroom. The shower was a bit small for a tall person like me, but that's understandable given the charm of staying in the historic part of Rome, where spacious rooms aren't the norm.

The location of the hotel is great with some caveats (more below), walking distance from most of the places of interest as well as located in a neighborhood with plenty of eating and drinking options nearby . The staff was friendly, when available. The room was good and overall we enjoyed our stay at Tree Charme

Given the proximity to the square in Trastevere, it can be VERY noisy at night. However the double glass windows did a good job to block out most noise. Although the check in process was alright, it is a bit inconvenient to not have someone available when we arrived. The breakfast was reasonable but underwhelming given our breakfast experience in other similar priced hotels in Italy. Last- Tree Charme needs to have a better distinction between hotels since we landed in the incorrect hotel when first arriving in Rome.

The rooms are very clean, with very helpful and friendly staff. There was a mini bar in the room, a kettle and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, the view was lovely looking out onto the Trelussa square. This small establishment is really very nice but the walls are super thin. Being next to the breakfast bar (which by the way was very good) it got noisy during the breakfast set up. A plus, is the amazing location, right in the middle of Rome where everything is in walking distance: All the obvious sites, great food, markets, small shops.

The only issue, which is well known to Tree Charme is the noise in the square. Musicians play every evening and it is terribly loud. The establishment has done everything in their power to have the decibels lowered but this has unfortunatly come to nothing with the local authorities. It is not the fault of Tree Charme.
