Firstly, Marco communicated with us few days prior to arrival and met us in the hotel. A really nice guy who caters to your needs. Room is clean and the free bottled water and coffee was great, bed was comfy enough for our liking. 2 mins from termini and bus going to major airport.

The lift is old and we just used the stairs but we don't mind that. It's more of a condo unit than a hotel which is OK. 2 mins walk from Termin so expect lots of vendors and the likes and just be extra vigilant.

We loved the location of this hotel, close to Termini, shopping and restaurants. The host Marco was friendly and helpful & lovely to deal with. It has a good sized bathroom considering the size of the bedroom and a Smart TV which was a bonus, bring your passwords!

The building itself is old & dark, also the room was dark due to scaffolding outside, common with older Italian hotels though. Also we weren't in the room much. At night the neighbourhood is a bit rugged but everything's clean & tidy again in the morning. Just be sensible with purses etc.

Great location, near Termini train station, with good restaurants around, walking distance to the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiori church. Marco was kind and helpful, did everything to make us to feel comfortable. Room has a good size, cleaned everyday, comfortable beds and pilows, air conditioning, wardrobe, fridge, bottle of water provided every day.

Just some suggestions, not complains. Would be good to have some shower hagging for shampoo and soap inside shower. The shower holes were a little clogged spreading water. A simply cleaning will solve it. But nothing really that spoiled our stay.

The room was very clean and Marco was very friendly and willing to help. It is also very convenient and has many places to storage your stuff. Hot water everyday and every hour.

The area is a mess. Even the hostess told us to be aware of out personal items because stealing is something usual. Also I would like him to speak better English beacause we couldn’t communicate that well sometimes.

Marco is a perfect host. He allowed to leave the luggage before the checking time, was very nice and friendly. Gave us a lot of advises regarding the city-walking. Perfect location, 2 minutes from the central railway station (Roma termini). Yes, the area in general is not very pleasant, due to a lot of foreigners, but this is absolutely expectable for the place near to railway station. But, and it's very important "but", you have 20 minutes walk from the main attractions (Fontana di Trevi, Colliseum, piazza Venezia etc). The room as well as bathroom room, were perfectly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Marco carried to provide us with coffee and water every day of our stay. I would highly recommend his place.

amazing owners, happy to help with everything and ready to accommodate any requests ! extremely clean room and toilet, aircon working great, there is no sounds from the outside at all. the area itself probably isn’t the best, but we ( two females) felt there safe. like everywhere in Rome keep your belongings close to you at all times. hotel is within nice walking distance to ALL main attractions Rome have to offer! overall it was great stay and we would recommend it to others.

The host Marco was really kind and helpful and we appreciated that we could leave our baggage on our last day till it was time to go to the airport. The apartment is in a great location, 1 minute from Termini station and every historical location is a 10/15 min walk. We got a spacious and clean apartment. We would definitely recommend it.

Marco was extremely helpful, I don't know what others were on about when they said it was a rough area, it's just like the rest of Rome. It's a nice clean room in a great location to get about, water supplied everyday in the fridge. Towels changed every 2 days or as needed. Lovely restaurant right outside, what more do people want

The location is very convenient, less than 5 minutes walk to Termini Station which is the transport hub of Rome (bus, train, and metro to almost every corner of the city and the country). Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around, responsive management, and everyday cleaning service.

Nothing special about the guesthouse itself bothered me, but the neighborhood and the apartment it's located in, are old, dirty, and noisy, which is almost typical for all the central station surroundings everywhere. The Wi-Fi was spotty during our stay, but not too bad.

Hosts were very welcoming when we arrived and left us the room later than expected because our flight was late afternoon. Bed was OK, we had coffee, tea bags, hot water for tea and water bottles every day. The room was warm and had hot water for bath. It was a very good value for money. It has a bus station across the street with a bus going near Piazza Navona. Mac and KFC around the corner, and Roma Termini in 3 minutes on foot. The host gave us directions to everywhere providing a map at the room. The room was cleaned daily.

I would recommend not staying in that area because although with bus you were 15-20 minutes from center, there were some weird people in some corners and myself if I was alone I wouldn't feel so safe. Nothing happened but I would recommend that if you are traveling alone. The host answered some questions I had made in the platform a week before arrival so I was afraid about the outcome of the reservation. However, after that we was very informative and helpful. The only thing about the room is that hot water supply was not stable were you were having a bath, and the only toiletries was a bottle of shower wash and no shampoo. The bed is slightly uncomfortable but nothing to worry about.
