The location is great, there is a buss stop right outside the hotel and a metro station not far. The street is quite busy but the hotel is surrouned by a garden and the rooms are rather quiet. The hotel staff was very professional, helpful and kind, the rooms pretty basic, but comfortable and the level of daily cleaning trully extraordinary! Amazingly great value for the money - the hotel undeniably deserves 3 stars. We will definitely come back!

The hotel currently doesn't serve breakfast but they offer you vouchers for breakfast at Bar Barberini just across the street. And we have to say that starting the day there with the delicious pastries (or sandwiches) and a cup of coffee/tea/freshly squeezed orange juice was definitely something we looked forward to every morning! After all - when in Rome, one should do as Romans do!

excellent breakfast - wide spread. rooms were small but very cute and had everything you needed. Beds were good quality but not great. for the value, i was happy!

access was hard... gravel driveway is the only entrance and suitcases don't roll on gravel. there was a sidewalk but cars were parked on it. so, it was very hard to access the property from the street. there were not handicap ramps into lobby, so had to lift suitcases up/down stairs to access. once inside, there was an elevator. not a big deal unless you have mobility issues (which i did have knee/foot problems on this trip).

Hotel Santa Prisca is downtown with a short walk to the train and the bus is right out front, granting full access to Rome. In the area are a handful of restaurants and shops, but not overwhelming. HSP is English friendly, and the staff is happy to serve.

The attached restaurant is great for breakfast, but the waiter was overwhelmed and frustrated with our understanding of only English (we are sorry for that). While food was good, we still got chicken, as opposed to the veal that we ordered. Recommend going elsewhere for dinner.

Clean, very quiet rooms. We never heard noises from other rooms or the hallway. It was situated in a quieter neighborhood but still with easy access to metro, great restaurants, and lovely walks to local sights (walk along the Tiber River and then by through quiet neighborhoods to the Pantheon in 30 min). Staff very friendly and helpful, and returning to an air conditioned room in July was amazing. If te get the chance to return to Rome, we will stay here again.

super close to Coloseum, like 15 min away foot walk, and easy to travel by bus from there anywhere in Rome. Is having a big free parking and that is a big plus for somebody traveling by car as me. The room is small but cozy and really clean. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is really polite and helpfull. Great experince.

The shower is really small and I am pretty big, so, I was not able to fit in it to do a propper shower, but for only one night that was not a big deal. I will definitely choose it again in the future.

Check in time is at 3pm but I was there around 12pm. As they knew that I had a long journey, they tried their best to let me check in earlier and yes, at 12.30pm they let me in. So thankful for that. One of the staff, Nico, was the one who meet me at the reception counter and he also act as server during breakfast and he really made my days there. The location itself is perfect if you plan to visit the historical building by foot. 20 minutes to colosseum, 28 minutes to trevi fountain among others.

The bed is a bit uncomfortable for me but other that that, everything is excellent.

This is a great place for a short stay in Rome! The staff were friendly and the room was small but functional. The hotel is in an excellent location, filled with great local restaurants and bars. The Collosseum is a very short and easy bus ride away, and the rest of the city is very accessable by public transport or step scooter (which is what we used to get around Rome). There's a beautiful spot to watch the sunset over Rome just a short walk away, and a very cute outside bar just accross the street, where we spent a lovely evening drinking cocktails. It was clean and neat, and the entire place reminded me of an era gone by. Maybe I'm just a romantic :)

The shower was a bit small, but good water pressure. The breakfast was very basic. A coffee and pastry. But in the heat it was more than enough to get us started for the day

Easy to get to from FCO airport by train to Ostiense. I love Testaccio because Romans live & work here. Few tourists! Good restaurants, bars, pizzerias & Volpetti deli nearby. The market is close too. Staff friendly & obliging. Comfortable bed. Exceptional breakfast!

A little trouble with the room key not working. Nothing serious.

This hotel really impressed me. I liked everything about it, including the well-maintained 1970s-ish interior design. There was even a nice breakfast with eggs, bacon, cereal, and pastries. The internet was good for basic usage like email, social media, etc. The private parking lot and 24-hour reception are a real bonus. Polite and helpful staff. It's located in a lovely area with few tourists. Nice, local restaurants around. You can hop on a bus or subway for a few stops to get to the main touristic sights

not located in the main touristic area, but only a short metro or bus ride away (or 20-30 minute walk) no iron available (maybe this is not common in Italian hotels)

We were surprised by how helpful and hospitable the hotel staff was: all our requests were fulfilled. The hotel has a great location with a 10-minute walk to a metro/bus/railroad station so we had quick access to all the destinations we wanted. The location was great and calm compared to the crowdy center of Rome. Breakfasts were held in a separate cafe but they were well-organized and the food was exceptional. Free parking might be a great benefit for tourists with car.

The room was rather small but we took the cheapest one. Consider booking non-classical room during your stay. Wifi performance was strange on some days.
