Location is near Termini. Room is quite large. Good réceptionnistes.

They charged service of luggage keeping after check out at 5 euros / valise. I think they can support this free of charge for guests.

the staff was helpful. a typical oldschool hotel room. 300m away from termini. 25-35 min walk from main attractions

the worst breakfast I have ever had. the coffee machine gave me a spoilt milk coffee :/ readymade pastry. one time I had bruschetta, tomatoes on bread how bad could it be? it’s was bad.. :( I just eat two breakfast here out of six days

I was there just for 1 night, and mostly liked the location of the hotel, it’s near to the main train station, 10 min walkable distance. Mr. JK (Jai Krishna, in the reception) is a very gentle and friendly person and was very - very helpful in terms of information providing and all support required. Our room AC was not working properly and when I complained to JK, he offered to change the room as well. Overall was a good deal.

Every time you go out of the hotel, you have to leave the room keys in the reception. I forgot and then had to come back from 5th floor to collect the keys! Also the temperature was too high for me at 39 degree Celsius!!!

The location was good, nearby Termini and walking distance to popular areas within Rome. The staff was great, especially the cleaning staff. Everyone was very prompt to help as needed.

The rooms are pretty small and cramped with furniture. Bathrooms are not that comfortable for tall or big people. Breakfast could be better but at least there are good places to get a quick bite at a close distance from the hotel.

Room was fine, bed was extremely firm, it was a tad tight with 4 beds but it was fine. Bathroom was tight but functional. Shower worked well, plenty of hot water for several people to shower consecutively. Front desk was helpful. The outside looked scary at first - but it was fine. The area had many well dressed travelers walking around in the evening. Breakfast was basic Italian: bread, cheese, croissants, juice, tea/coffee/hot chocolate. Window opened to a center concrete courtyard, shutters and drapes for privacy. Window combined with powerful ceiling fan kept the room cool at night. We didn’t use the a/c. Refrigerator worked. Laundromat within 4blocks. 10euro/load done for you quickly or self serve about the same cost. Many restaurants around hotel. Wonderfully close to Roma Termini for transportation.

Room was a bit crowded- I kept running into the bed outside the bathroom and the toilette door knocks into the bidet, but it wasn’t terrible. The bed was too firm for my taste. The outside would look so much better if they removed the dirty canvas sign above the left door - less scary looking. The lighted sign is perfect and I wouldn’t have hesitated at first if it was just that one sign. I’m traveling with my kids, so I was a bit leery at first based on that initial impression, but as I said, it turned out fine. Typical of a 1-2 star hotel, as described.

Location was great, right next to Termini and all the tourist buses. The room was a typical hotel room, could get a bit cramped with 5 people though. Inclusion of minifridge was great. Daily housekeeping and cleaning was appreciated. The staff at reception were very friendly. Breakfast was the highlight every morning as the lady serving was lovely and super friendly. The breakfast itself was nice too - croissants, toast, cereal, cheeses, coffees, juices.

The room and bathroom were a bit dated and could do with more lighting and room can get cramped with 5 people.

The location is amazing, very near to Termini and Republica metro stations. There is a very good restaurant right next to the hotel where we had amazing food with good prices. The hotel staff was very very very nice, amazing service especially the lady who takes care of the breakfast: she was so happy it was contagious, always singing along to songs she had on. Made our stay very pleasant!

The hotel was near Termini Station that means youre near metro trains bus for the 2 Airports this is very importan.The hotel is not new but for Rome was ok.To find good hotel in Rome you must to take 4 or 5 stars but its to expensive.The BEST of this hotel was the staff in the Breackfast SIMONETTA was so good with as and one reazon if i will stay there again is this.If you vizit this hotel you will see how good is this person.I saggest to the hotel to keep this wonderfull women there and update shes salary because she is the Best.SIMONETTA THANKS for all the informations you give as for the good breackfast you make for as youre perfect.I travel 20 years now 3-4 time the year but i never find so good person in a hotel.Simometta thanks again Marios,Kleopatra,Xristodoulos and Marilena all the best to you and youre family a lot of kiss from CYPRUS.i hope to see you again Simonetta xx

The hotel is old

Overall quality was very good. Hotel's location is very close to Termini station and other attractions like Colloseum.

Service of hotel manager was a little disappointing. The WIFI on the 5th floor was not working, and I told it 3 times to 2 managers in reception. But during the 6 days of my staying, it didn't checked or fixed at all.

Great place to stay easy walk to train station and 20 min walk to most main attractions, staff is nice and helpful, nothing fancy just a good place to sleep and plenty of restaurants on the same street.
