Perfect location! We've stayed here for 3 nights. All tourist objects and attractions are within walkable distance, although metro is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Despite it's in a central location, we were surprised how quiet it is! The hospitality of the owner and staff is incredible and very helpful, we were very warmly welcomed and escorted out of the hotel in a middle of the night with bags of breakfast. Bed was really comfy too.

Room was a bit too dark, but that wasn't a big problem since we only slept and showered there. Shower could be a bit bigger and shelf inside it would help too.

It is a short walk from the train station. It is centrally located. It was a short walk to the Forum. We booked a suite with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. It is huge, considering we are in Rome! They delivered our breakfast to our suite, it is very simple, coffee and a croissant. There is even a small dining room and a small fridge. There are 2 ACs...love it since it was hot in Rome!. It has a camera when someone rings the door bell, another plus. There are shops and cafe just outside the building, very accessible.

The elevator, it is so tiny, it fits 2 people and maybe 2 bags. Didn't like going up to the top floor to check in and then have to go back down to the first floor to our room. The building has several hotels. One of the shower only have a half wall so when you shower, the water get all over the place. Same bathroom, you have to remove the shelf to get to the hair dryer! Bad design

The hotel is located next to the railway station, which is very convenient. Also within walking distance to famous places, including the Coliseum. The hotel occupies only one 5th floor in the building, which can be reached by elevator or stairs. The room itself is small, I would even say cramped. But it is normal for this price. View from the window on the walls of other buildings. Sound insulation is quite good. The room has a fairly loud air conditioner, a refrigerator, a TV, and a mini safe. In the bathroom, a small shower, in which there will not be a single shelf, a toilet, a bidet. Towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo (two in one), cups for water. Breakfast in the room. This is the first time I have encountered this. Juice, cappuccino, pastries. That is a very light snack. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The TV wasn't working, but we didn't care why because we weren't going to watch it anyway. After flushing the toilet, the water continued to flow. It is quite noisy in the morning during the delivery of breakfast.

Very helpful & gentle staff 🥰 ! Fantastic location, near to everything in the center, 5-10 minutes of walk to the train station, main curiosities are on the walking distance ❤️ Very clean and comfy bathroom and especially shower cabin: enough space and with "no problem during and after use", toilet: very clean with the mention desifected!!! Bed linen extra clean, fresh & white . ❤️❤️❤️ All principal aspects were totally satisfying . Thank you!!!💗

Lovely little hotel, in a very good location very handy for the main train/bus station, a few minutes walk after having come off the bus from the airport. The staff were very nice and spoke English. Having read up on things before i went the advice is generally not to stay in the area around the train station. I found it a perfect location, absolutely no issues, i was a lone female and did not feel uncomfortable going around during the day or night at all. Top marks to the chamber maid she did an excellent job in cleaning the room.

Slow very small lift, not too bad at the end of may, but i would imagine in the busy season it could be a nightmare wait. The breakfast was as described, it is a coffee, glass of orange juice and a croissant. There is a choice for hot drinks, i am not too keen on croissants, pity there was not a choice of something else i.e pasty, sandwich etc.

Approximately 5 mins walk to the Roma Termini and 25 mins walk to Colosseo. Love the breakfast in bed concept. A choice of your hot drink, juice and a croissant! Love the chocolate croissant. A simple yet sweet breakfast to kick start our day especially on days we have early train rides for our day trips to Pisa and Pompeii.

The shower is pretty small and the shower water drainage is slow. Hotel did attempt to fix it for us.

The location is gold. So close from Roma Termini, around 5 mins walking. Close to restaurants, bars, attractions, everything! We also enjoy our breakfast in bed. Its modest (coffee/tea/hot choco, juice and pastry) but its enough for us. The staffs are friendly, helpful and speak English. Special mention to Lucia, our housekeeper, we love her! So friendly and happy. John in front desk always happy to help and answer your questions.

Its located on the 5th floor and there is the lift. Its tiny (only fits 3 ppl or 2 with luggage) and old but it does the job.

We arrived late off a train and had a short walk to the hotel. We were greeted warmly, a dozen questions answered from a recommendation for a late dinner to early morning train logistics, then settled into a clean room. We woke the next morning to breakfast delivered to our room (juice, croissant, and the best cappuccino I've ever had). We stored our bags with them for safe keeping while we took an overnight trip. On a train out of town I realized I'd left my phone in the hotel room. When we called they assured us they'd look for it and wrote back quickly to say the would keep it safe until I returned. Can not say enough good things about the location, price, service, food... overall experience. Thank you!

Great service and excellent location. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We felt safe staying here. The breakfast delivered to the room daily was wonderful and the Easter egg on Easter morning was a thoughtful touch.

Only thing we can comment on is that the bathroom was quite small. Other than that, we cannot complain about anything.

Lovely hotel. Nothing too fancy, but nice and clean place to stay with everything you need. Location is great - we were able to go everywhere by walking. The place is very quiet at night. Yes, some door are close to each other and you can here when your “neighbours” come and go, but you can’t hear any noise from the streets and there was any noise at night. I’m not a deep sleeper and usually I woke up by any noise, so trust me when I say that there was very quiet :D Breakfast was served in rooms and the staff was very friendly. There was an older man and he gave us maps and was so nice to everybody. Our plane left early in the morning and we told them last night that we need to leave about 4 am and he surprised us in the morning with a bag with freshly baked crossants. It was so heartwarming!
