A non-luxurious hotel close to Termini Station – and therefore an option for those who want to get to or leave Rome quickly. Upon arrival, it takes some time to understand the specifics of the place: apparently, different hotels occupy the same building, and it is easy to get lost in the labyrinthine structure. Once you get used to it, the whole thing even has some charm. The room was quite simple, with the most basic amenities, but it looked clean and renovated, and that was just what we wanted at that point in the trip. It's also worth highlighting the friendliness of the staff: upon discovering that we would be checking out very early, at four in the morning, the lady serving breakfast offered us an early coffee (service officially starts at 7 a.m.).

The TV was a small computer monitor that we couldn't turn on, but everything else worked fine.

The hotel was just a 5 min walk to Roma Termimi. Staff were very pleasant, especially Antonio at the reception and Luz from housekeeping. Room was spacious, equipped with a ceiling fan and heater. I think I did notice an airconditioner but I am not so sure. Breakfast was good especially considering it is a budget hotel. Really nice. There are many restaurants and shops around, some bakeries, and a small mercato just across the street.

Nothing really. Just that on our last day there was maintenance work in the hotel and so the breakfast area had no electricity and we missed the lovely coffee.

Location. The surrounding area was good. Especially nighttime, it was a better place to have dinner with chains of sidewalk restaurants along the block. Well, it is what you paid for. No complaint.

A few blocks away is the train station where homeless people gather to celebrate their time. Sorry.

Excellent location close to the main train station, touristic attractions and amenities (cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all around!). The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfy w balcony overlooking the road. Good water pressure and warm shower. A/C in room (although we didn’t use it as fan on ceiling was enough for us).

There could be more options for breakfast as my kids struggled to find something they liked -I did find the pastries delish, though!

this was a perfect experience for us. we come from Turkey. And it was our first time in italy. Everything was clearly perfect. And the lovely staff… especially lady who stand at breakfast bar. croissants are always fresh and tasty. And the homemade cake. Room was enough for us. And the bathroom to.

Reception desk open 24h.. drinks were fairly cheap with a different variety. Nice to have a small fridge in the bedroom.. cheap bag drop off.. overall clean and comfy beds. AC in bedroom.

The position is good, although the hotel is located close to Termini station, the surrounding area was dirty

I liked the location because it is close to the historical center of Rome. I also liked the included breakfast and the service.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Great location close to main bus station and local amenities. Lots of restaurants in close proximity. Great base from which to explore Rome and all it has to offer.

Not being able to use my hairdryer without blowing the fuse, nor being able to use the hairdryer provided in the bathroom. Room Number not showing when we came out of the lift so did not know how to find the room - went back to reception to get directions.

the guy from the reception was very helpfull, told me about parking and helped with the check in as i forgot my bag with cc and id card somehwhere under the way. Also the request to check out later was not a problem and our dog was also very welcome

I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very quiet and in a good part of town. I definitely recommend.
