The lady in the front office was really kind and helpful. House keeper lady also very kind. We really feel warm service. Appricaite very much. We love small snack corner either, that can helped us for choosing some sweets from supermarket! (I wonder how you guys can choose all the nice stuff lol) The room and washroom were big and clean. (There is chiller w some welcome drinks! Lovely!) Another good thing is train station and all the popular places r nearby.

The elevator is slow, but I could understand since this building is quite old. Just becareful when you open window. I bumped into the edge of the window and got hurt. It's quite sharp.

I stayed a total of eleven nights at Hotel Everest. Compared to many other European hotels I have stayed in, I was surprised by the nice size of the room and the size of the bed. The room was VERY clean. My room was cleaned each day, and clean towels were provided each day. The hotel is found on the third floor of a building. There is an elevator to help with luggage. The air conditioner in my room worked great. My room also had a small refrigerator. The internet wi-fi worked well, and I never had a problem with connecting to it. The location is just a short walk from Roma Termini train station which makes it very convenient. The biggest compliment I can give this hotel is that when I return to Rome, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a good hotel to stay in Rome with good value for money. The room was small but clean and I found everything I needed. I found umbrellas near the reception so if it was a rainy day it would not be a problem. The staff was very kind and offered me a paper map of the city with the main attractions and explained to me the best way to them and about public transport. The location is very good for me, it is close to Termini station and not so far from the Colosseum. I arrived early but it was convenient to leave my backpack at the reception, take the room key and after a walk find that the room was ready and all the things are already inside.

We chose the hotel because of it's proximity to the train station. We stayed one (1) night in Rome and had our flight out the next day. Staff was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Place was very clean and we felt safe. The hotel gave us complimentary refreshments and pastries. Nice touch! We can leave our luggages, For FREE, after check-out and retrieve it anytime within the day. Wonderful!

Internet connection was a bit unstable for work. Although, our travel is for leisure we also need to do some "unexpected" work. If our current network is slow, we have to switch to another network.

The accommodation is in the perfect spot for exploring the tourist areas of Rome. It is also close to the metro and the bus back to the airport. The staff is kind and gave us all the necessary information about tourist attractions, transportation, restaurants, etc. The cleanliness was excellent. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. The pleasant surprise was that nothing was charged for the minibar. There was also free coffee, tea and a variety of savory and sweet snacks. Thanks for the hospitality.

The air conditioner that on the first night was blowing cold air and we couldn't close it.

The location is close to the train station, but the area is quiet.The rooms are clean, cleaning is done daily and the bathroom is equipped with everything you need. Behind the hotel, the streets are full of terraces open until late. At the reception I received all the necessary information about the tourist attractions and a map of them. We walked to the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and even the Trastevere district. Our host was always very attentive and always interested in our comfort.

Me and my family stayed in hotel Everest Rome for 3 days. It’s a very clean hotel set in a good location, just a 5-minute walking distance from the central train station Roma Termini. The Colosseum and Trevi Fountain are also close, approximately a 15-20 minute walking distance. Inside the hotel you will find tea/coffee/milk facilities. Our room was a room for 4 people and it was pretty big, with central air conditioning, comfortable beds, mini fridge and water kettle. The welcoming lady Giovanna was very nice, helpful and always ready to respond to guest needs. I have to mention that the hotel was nothing fancy or luxurious, but still gives you the impression of well guided one.

Giovanna is lovely! As a female solo traveller I felt very safe and comfortable here. The rooms are perfectly functional and cleaned very well everyday. The amenities are great too - teas, coffee, biscuits. Very welcoming. Well air conditioned rooms and very central location - perfect for arriving from the Roma Termini train station. The hotel was also very accommodating for my late check and early check out.

Good value for money. Perfect strategic location, comfortable big bed, had everything that was needed for a few nights stay. We were able to do self check inn at night, which was a huge plus. Instructions how to do that were very clear as well.

The main street near termini station which you have to take to reach the hotel is really very dodgy and scary, but nothing can be done here - just keep that in mind. After passing this street, area around the hotel felt safe and nice. Also, chlorine smell in the hotel and the room was a bit too strong, room was a bit dark as well. But these were just few very small things and they definitely shouldn't be main factors for not staying here. Overall this hotel was a great choice for money.

Owner very helpful allowed change of dates by one day , great easy communication, no hassle(value that rare in Italy!) great location, sparkling clean rooms and tasteful deco to the point budget allows. Overall great value for money and I recommend it.

Beddings smell bit damp and not extremely comfy- although, note I’m comparing to others with higher price range in smaller cities.
