the staff at reception and housekeeping were amazing friendly and very helpful the room Airco and hairdryer and TV and Fridge were working perfectly. the location is okay nice restaurants around and cheap souvenirs shop. the bed was comfortable enough for a couple and the housekeeper cleans the room and changes the used towels and sheets ! also i finally tried the Italian Bidet they have in the bathroom 😀

Very central close to everything, couldn’t fault the room for that. The aesthetic of the room was great.

Wifi was advertised as available but was scatty and didn’t work well. The fridge in the room didn’t work at all asked for a replacement there were none available.

The location. So close to the train station, bus station and metro. It was really convenient, because we came to Roma by train and left Roma also by train. Only few minutes of walk. Hotel itself was more than enough for the price.

Because it was train station area, the area was a bit dirty and crowded and some suspicious looking people compared to other parts of roma (which i think every country or cities around world are the same. Around the train station always like this)

The proximity of the railway station was excellent. Restaurants abounded the hotel. However, a small trattorria just along from the hotel was unquestionably the highlight, giandrivia- or something similar.

The room was very clean, linen and towels were changed daily. I was pleasantly surprised that the lady in charge of cleaning is from Romania in Focsani

The location of the hotel is good but being close to the train station there are many dubious people

we didn’t end up staying in the room we booked because the aircond wasn’t working properly so the owner upgraded us into another hotel (same building). good customer service

Coolest location, cozy clean room, helpful team and we didn’t expect what we had freezer in room (it was a great surprise for us)

Poor Wi-Fi connection

Everything was without complaints, close to public transport, pleasant staff, daily cleaning of rooms, comfortable room-pleasant and warm.

The location is wery convinient - near the public transport points and not so far from the attractions. The rooms are nice looking and quite comfortable. For sure clean. Good place for not a long stay.

Some thing did not work in the room eg. there was water near the cabin while taking the shower. But the personel was helpful for sure.
