Well, over all excellent

The room is great and over all staff is helpful and specially name of Receptionist Ms Erika is great. Guys who ever trying to visit in Roma first time,I will highly recommended to choose the hotel DoMus MeA with Ms Erika coz she will help to guide you ,where to go have look or visit famous places of Roma city Italy. No need guide for you guys because of Ms Erika is enough and Mr Cherri and thank you hotel DoMus MeA Team.

Very nice and kind staff, very accomodating and with very good english! The room we had was very good, with nice balcony. The location is also good.

The cleanliness of the room can be improved a bit.

The location was fantastic, the suite was lovely and the staff were very friendly & helpful. We had our room cleaned every day & fresh towels. The bed was very comfortable too although a little squeaky when getting in & out. We’ve never stayed in a more comfortable bed since being away.

At times it could be a little noisy. We had a few early starts where we had to be up quite early (4am) because of the Ryder Cup. Where our suite was, we were quite close to the reception and we could hear a lot. And on the Saturday evening outside our hotel was loud music and people shouting having a good time & we had to be up at 3am the next day so we had a few tired nights, so the rooms were not soundproof as described but we would still stay again. It didn’t dampen our experience.

The hotel isn't centrally located but the rooms are nice However they don't have king beds instead they push two beds together There was no soap in the bathroom and you can hear people in other rooms as if they were in yours The housekeeping staff is also quite noisy during cleaning starting very early in the morning making it hard to sleep in On the bright side the internet speed is the fastest I've ever experienced and the guys at the reception are so nice,helpful and decent.

The customer service was incredible. Red went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay - he was able to accommodate an early check in which we were very grateful for. He was always available to help with any questions we had. The location of the hotel is great especially if you want to be in a little less busy area and close to the train. Thank you Red for a great stay :)

Nothing super major but the shower head was not connected to the wall so it was more handheld

The room was very good looking, everything was so comfortable. Even the reception and the hall between rooms looked nice. On the day we checked out they even let us keep our baggases at the reception hall so that we can keep strolling around the city. Even the boys working at the reception vere nice. The rooms vere small but that was no problem, we expected it from the photos, but very comfortable anyway! :) Even the location ia near all the points you would want to visit in Rome!

The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. Ac was available and fully working.

The location was in a weird area and the building itself is shared with other apartments. It is close to the center, but not in the center. Which requires around a 30minute walk to get to the main attractions. Other than that, the room was VERY small - you open the door you are immediately touching the bed and cannot move around much if you have more than 2 hand luggage. Consider upgrading if you have more than hand luggage.

This is my 2nd stay with them (1st was on 2019) and i can say that i will stay here again if il go back to rome.

1.The location was amazing since we were able to get to metro,buses, etc just on few minutes (Termini is just 2 min away on feet & Republica about 5-6 min). Also, value tip just outside & opposite of the hotel there was a nasoni (drinkable water tap) to refill our bottles for the day (check the nasoni app before your stay at Rome) 2.The rooms were clean, tidy & as shown in the photos. The bed was big & comfortable just the right thing to sleep over after a full day walking around Rome. 3. The facilities are set on the fifth floor but there is an elevator available. Also for someone on good shape the stairs are safe & large to use. Before our trip while reading the reviews of the hotel on booking.com i was anxious about the noise since there were some guests mentioned it. After our experience I' d say there was no noise, either from outside or inside the facilities to bother us 4.Last but not least the staff was kind and helpful with plenty of tips and advices about Rome. I would totally recommend it for someone who wishes to be out all day, use public transport and get a really nice sleep to recharge. Thank you guys for making our trip so amazing!! P.S. Do try the 3p forno jut a min away form the hotel for amazing pizza and pastries.

I absolutely loved this hotel!! Receptionist was prettiest and kind person (sorry can't remember his name). Before check in I leaved my luggage at reseption desk without any questions and walked around. Heart of the Rome - Fontan di Trevi - is in 20 min walking, train station - 7 min. Location is nice, everything is near. Room was small (but good enought for 1 person) but super clean!! Towels, bed, bathroom- no one questions for cleaning! Perfect! And about the bed - it was pretty big and super comfy with an orthopedic pillow, that is very important after a long way. Probably there is no soundproof, because I could hear my neighbors, but it's not the problem for this price. This hotel exceeded my expectations! Totally recommended!
