property was a 5 min walk from Rome Termini was surrounded by many bus stops that made getting around Rome so much easier if you didn’t feel like walking. Trevi Fountain and all major tourist attraction site were 20-40 min walk. the room was clean and had smart TV with netflix and youtube and disney, also had excellent air conditioning. we had a kettle and they provided various teas in the room. breakfast was served to the room on time every morning at approx 8am. staff were very friendly and helpful and provided us a map during check in and advice on the best ways to get around Rome. room was also cleaned during the day.

Warm hosts Delia and Cornelio. Great decorations and breakfast all prepared by heart and love. We felt like being home but with luxurious room service every day. Thank you so much! Great location. Only 3-5 mins walk to Termini or Republica where you can take metro and train to places you want to go in Rome. Delia has prepared water and sparkling water for everyone. There’re massaging chairs for us to use as you know how much walk you’ve done in Rome.

Wifi connection is a bit unstable.

We arrived at 11am and were able to leave our luggage in our room and we were also able to take the key with us. Excellent location for us. We walked everywhere but also close to train, metro and bus so you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose. Breakfast options were great too, we only used once as we were out early most days or out too late in the evening to get our order in. Room was clean and so big! You are able to get water from the reception room whenever you wanted and things were stocked up daily in the room. Hairdryer available in the room, flannels, shampoo and shower gel too. Delia is fabulous, very helpful and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for her. When we arrived it was raining and we asked where we could get a poncho from and she gave us 2 and they were very well used these past few days! Nice restaurant just outside too. Fabulous little gem.

Nothing at all!

The property has a great location near the metro and bus-lines for easy navigation of the city. We had 3 rooms and they were all of nice size; room for storage of suitcases without tripping over them. All rooms very clean. The conditioner worked very well in all rooms. Breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was perfect and the extra treats in the rooms was a nice touch. We arrived early in Rome and one of our rooms was ready, she graciously allowed us to drop our luggage.

One thing that was a little annoying was that the B&B is located on the 4th floor; if someone up above doesn’t close the lift door all the way, it won’t work and you are walking the 5 flights up. You are given a set of keys; one to get into the gate from the street, one for the outside door, one for the hallway door and one for your room and a card attached to put into the slot to make the lights/AC turn on. Not a big deal, it is the way it is done. Beds were very hard! But again this is pretty common in most of our travels throughout Italy. No fault to the owners, we prefer softer beds.

Close to main train station, 20 minute walk to the coliseum and Trevi fountain. The room was amazing, the host is the nicest lady I’ve ever had as a host without question. We wish we had been in Rome for more than one night because we loved it so much. Breakfast is served right to your room at the time you like, and it was amazing as well. Honestly better than a lot of the restaurants we went to throughout our trip for breakfast. And the host brings it with the biggest smile on her face. Great way to start a day!

Very clean, comfortable and very welcoming owners. Nothing was too much bother and room is cleaned and tidied very day. Their is a restaurant next door which has great food and convenient. Air conditioned room was most welcomed with access to free cold water. Also the massage chair was relaxing after long day out.

Perfect place to stay to be close to Termini train station. Very short walking distance. Nice Restaurants right next door, very clean room, all amenities, nice bathroom, nice breakfast served in your room by the very kind Delia. We appreciated that she was there to greet us upon arrival. The entry to the building is a bit complex with four keys, but once you know how it works it’s all good. Highly recommend. Thank you Delia.

The location was perfect and so close to the train station and also the stop to catch the hop on hop off bus. Everything was decorated so cute, and the room has snacks and the chocolate and candy bowl in the hallway always stayed full! The breakfast was delicious and delivered promptly at the time we specified! Dalia was the sweetest and helped us with anything we needed! We sure appreciated her excellent customer service!

The location is walking distance to Roma Termini and to most tourists spots. The owner is very accommodating and very nice. Even the husband was very helpful to us in bringing our luggages to the train station. That act of kindness was unforgettable.

Maybe the breakfast can be served early, for us we had to leave before 8am. Although Delia, the owner gave us some croissants when she saw us leaving the place. That was nice too.
