The hotel is located next to the central station, it is 20-30 minutes to walk to the sights, it is quite comfortable. There is an elevator. A wonderful old building, with a historic elevator. Convenient check-in . There are dishes, a kettle and a coffee machine. It is a pity that there was no cot, but there is a large bed in the room, the three of us comfortably fit

The hotel is located in the Asian area, in the evening it is not safe to walk there, according to my feelings. There are a lot of untidy-looking people walking around

Hotel has a nice location, 5min walk from the bus station at Termine where buses to the airport(s) leave. I had an early morning flight so for me it was important to be close to that station. The street where the hotel is are mostly chinese owned shops and it is peaceful and safe. Next to it is street where are some strange guys hanging out but luckily for me they have not been there in the morning. Lady that gave me a keys was a younger pleasant girl with good english, helpful and really kind. She provided me with a invoice I needed and told me all the details about the room. Room is basic nice room. Good for a short stay I had. Clean. Nice coffee in common room and small nice balcony.

Termini is generaly not a nice part of the city. Toilet was small. There is no reception all the time, it is more apartment divided in rooms...but it is realy ok.

Very central location. Room was more than adequate, very comfortable bed, lovely shower. Everything very clean and rooms serviced with fresh towels etc daily. No breakfast available but fresh croissants left every morning in coffee dock area was a lovely touch and appreciated. Coffee, tea, cappuchinos etc available 24/7 also. Plenty restaurants near at hand. Colusseum and train station short walk away.

Was not an issue for us but if you want restaurant/bar/other facilities that hotels offer, this is not for you. It is a place to lay your head in comfortable clean surroundings but you go out for everything else.

It was one block from train station, so conveniently located. Manager was very kind to hold my luggage for no charge. He went out of his way to show me how to get wifi. He was always available for questions. Very clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! No street noise with the windows closed and the air conditioner on! The location is perfect for the train station.

The lobby/check-in is a bit odd (no big sign for the hotel, have to ring-in to get up to the floor) but it worked just fine. While the location is great for the train station, it's still a little bit of a sketchy neighbourhood.

The room was an ideal size for a solo traveller who just uses it to sleep. The service was very good and accommodations were made for me to leave my luggage for a few hours after check out.

The only issue was that the water in the bathroom just changed temperature seemingly at random. It was not a major inconvenience for me, but might be for others.

Room is big size. Location is fantastic, really 2 steps away from bus stop, where you can take bus to central attractions.

Breakfast not available, coffee machine was broken first morning, the room was at a different location than the one mentioned, no soap, no shower gel. As a turist, it is really difficult to find the room (I am saying room because this is what it is) there is no reception, no signs, nothing to indicate that there is a hotel. After 30 minutes of walking and asking people about the hotel (google maps does not help) we finally found a little plate saying the name of the "hotel". You ring a bell and someone comes to direct you to another location😫. After that, everything was acceptable (what you expect from a 2 stars hotel)
