The self check-in procedure went very smoothly with the instructions sent to me. The room is located 40 m. from the entrance of the metro station (line A) which is very comfortable. The room is large and quiet and it was cleaned daily. Even though the area around the house may seem a bit sketchy, in fact it is quite safe. The piazza in front of the house is wonderful and it has some decent cafes and bistros at the other side of it. Breakfast was served in the room at the time asked and was a good value for money.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful, Lucia helped us book a taxi for our ongoing travel and made us a coffee. Brilliant cooking facilities if you are on a budget, with all utensils etc needed. Location was only a 5 minute or so walk to some main attractions.

Air con unit was very loud and slightly disruptive at night. Everything else was brilliant and what we needed.

The location was good- a 15min walk from Roma Centrale. Although the closest metro station (just around the corner)was closed necessitating a walk 500m to the next one, this wasn't a problem for us. Security was great & instructions for accessing the apartment were exceptionally good. We didn't meet the owner but he was easy to contact on WhatsApp. The apartment overlooks an internal courtyard which is nice.

It would be nice if the plug in the bathroom sink kept the water in (although this is a very common issue we have found)

Loved having access to coffee making facilities and fridge. Bed nice and big and comfortable, Shower hot and powerful. Friendly helpful host. Quiet at night.

Termini is close by, and we were well situated for buses. However the closer to termini you go, the more dismal the surroundings, many homeless immigrants and rubbish strewn everywhere. Hardly the fault of the B and B, and fortunately it was also within walking distance to much more pleasant sights.

Great location for the Colosseum, very close to Termini station (where we arrived to and transferred from), provided a clean room service every day and the beds were comfy. Air con was easy to self control and very effective in scorching heat.

Shower doesn’t work as intended (just turn it on to see, the water doesn’t come out through the holes). However it’s still usable. Some of the towels have small holes in although again very usable and for the budget worth it

We had a fantastic experience at B&B during our family trip to Rome. The accommodations were lovely and perfect for our needs. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Help your self coffee and tea provided each morning and offered a great start to our busy days exploring the city. Host was very quick to answer all our questions, will definitely come back and stay here.

Shower gets cold unless warmed up constantly, we managed to make it work.

Perfect center location, very safe, very clean, the room is spacy, such as the bathroom too. The shared lobby has everything you need to have a breakfast, including coffee machine. Plenty of dishes, iron, etc. The hosts let you leave your baggage inside after check in.

The main entry door to the building is very noisy. When one goes out or coming in you hear it loudly! It's a pity, because the place itself is silent at all.

15 mins walk from Termini and 2 mins walk to metro that is 20 mins ride from St Peters and other attractions on same line Room was basic but modern and very comfortable. Shower was red hot and fast, bed was made daily and plenty of towels Area was a bit scruffy but safe to walk about at night and there are several good restaurants nearby We are a 58 year old couple and it was fine for us for a couple of nights and was excellent value for money in an expensive capital

You have to order breakfast a day in advance but we were never told this when we checked in so had to eat out although there was free tea and coffee in the shared kitchen area. Note that the keys are held in a key safe so you need to message in advance to get the code. We didn't but when we rang the number it was sorted straightaway

It is very close to the train station Roma Termini - which is pretty good if you are planning to go to other cities by train. Or to go back to the airport using a bus. The restaurants at the Rome termini are great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

No complaints - very good for the value. The area around is kind of sketchy but nothing bad happened to us at all.

The place is nice and its location is perfect to reach to famous place ( Colosseum, etc) if you don't mind 15 minutes walking and it is close to train station. Lucia is friendly and responsive.

The location is nearby a crowded and a bit shady neighbour. But it turns out not that bad and once you get inside building area everything is safe and private.
