The hotel is very well located, within walking distance from Coloseum, and many other attractions. They have now started serving breakfast at the hotel again, after COVID and it was great. Good variety at a very good price.

there was a problem with the aircon in the first room we got but the staff solved that problem by moving us to another room. Great service!

The road is fairly noisy ear plugs for sleeping are a must.

The hotel staff were friendly, they even set up a taxi ride for us to the FCO airport. The room was very clean and had a mini fridge.

The room was a little on the small side, we got the most basic room. We didn’t have much room to open up our carry on bags. The only other thing we didn’t like was the elevator was too small for more two people and luggage which required one of us to carry our luggage up the stairs. Not a huge deal but worth noting if you’re traveling with a disabled person/ children with strollers.

The staff made my stay wonderful. When I first arrived late the room was not what I had chosen. But they made it right the next morning by moving me to another room. The breakfast was great for me as well. Acknowledging all staff for their stellar customer service; Margherita, Jeffery, Tara, Paoula, and Yaris and the entire housekeeping staff!

The alarms that were going off in the middle of the night a few nights while I was there. How loud it is in the hallways and the opening and closing of the doors that you need to access the floors. I was next to that and someone every morning starting working around 4:00am-4:30am. Again this is probably due to the fact that I was right next to entry way and housekeeping area.

Stay from : 10-08-2023 to 13-08-2023. Location : 10 - 12 minutes max walking distance from Roma Termini Station. Located on street Nationale, Having all Branded shops. The reception is on the 1st floor. There is lift, but very small in size which fits 2 Big suitcases and 1 person at a time. Hotel Reception Desk : Federica and Ali are amazing people. Very Helpful and super friendly. They made our stay very smooth and were always there for us for any help or suggestions and tips for sightseeing, Restaurants etc. Check in : Procedure was very smooth, but early Check-in comes with price of 28 Euros. We opted to keep our luggage in the store room , go for sightseeing & return back to the hotel at night.freshen up at Reception floor. To our Bad Luck Aircondition stopped cooling the Room. Ali at the reception Desk tried to change the room but was helpless as there was only a Twin sharing Room available & we were a family of three adults. He immediately provided a Fan & assured to get new Room next day. Our inconvenience was compensated by complementary Breakfast. I appreciate the gesture of Ali for this. BREAKFAST: It's a Decent spread of European Breakfast with Stereo type Cereals, Muffins, Croissant, Bread Butter, Tea, Coffee, Milk, Juices, Fruits etc.. Mr. TARA at the Breakfast Room is a very helpful and friendly person. He recommended us a nice restaurant and gave nice travel tips for Rome City tour. Chris a colleague of Tara is also a very nice, polite and helpful person. Ali recommended us to a restaurant named Bro Chiro Antonio tutino Pizzeria in Napoli for Authentic Napoli Pizza. It was truly out of the world pizza we ever eat, a wonderful experience going to Bro Chiro restaurant in Naples. Thank you Ali for your recommendation. Last Day Ali who helped me Book my airport Transfer which worked out very Reasonable on my wallet and to our surprise there was a lady with Mercedes Car.

Air condition not working in the Room Allotted on the first day.

the location of the property was superb & the beds were comfortable. it’s a cute small hotel with wonderful staff. I’d like to specifically point out that Margherita & Danilo at the front desk were so wonderful and helpful (unfortunately there was another lady at the front desk one of the days that wasn’t friendly or pleasant though) and Tara & Christina in the breakfast room were so pleasant and kind. we’re especially grateful that they were very friendly with my toddler! the breakfast options are limited but very delicious & just what you need!

i wish there were a few more toiletries offered and more attention paid to what needed to be refilled in the room. I know there’s nothing that can be done about this, but the elevator is tiny - I’m glad we didn’t bring our bigger stroller or it wouldn’t have fit! otherwise our experience here was great.

The hotel is a very easy 15 minute walk from the central train station. The location is very good as you're on a main street in Rome and can get to many places easily. The room was just fine; clean; good shower; comfy bed. Breakfast had hard boiled eggs (seemingly common in Italy vs scrambled eggs), plus meats, cheeses and fruits. Decent. The room was shaded well at night so that it remained dark. Good place.

I just prefer a hot meal for breakfast but as long as there's protein (hard boiled eggs, etc.), it's fine. Truthfully, there really wasn't anything I was put off with or absolutely didn't like.

The hotel location is perfect for a city excursion. It is close to public transportation and attractions. The receptionists were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was nice. Even if the furniture was a little out of date, the bathroom looked nicely renovated and all the room was very clean! The hotel is a mix of modern and traditional Italian. It was a good choice and definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately even if the room was nice, my room was on the corner of the corridor next to the floor door so I could hear everyone coming and going. The worst was that the cleaning lady was extremely loud, putting her stuff right next my door. She was cleaning rooms in the night around 1-2 am so I couldn't sleep at all!! This kind of ruined the experience. Also there was some extremely loud water noise coming from the top room at night sometimes. This also made me it hard to sleep. Hopefully they can fix this.

The location was close to all the main sights. The bed was one of the comfiest we have ever stayed in, despite it being two singles pushed together. The room was a good size with a large bathroom. The hairdryer in the bathroom was brilliant! Free use of wifi and a safe in the room which was very good! Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and were always happy to answer any questions we had. Someone was always available due to 24 hour desk which is handy. Room was cleaned daily at appropriate times. Overall a lovely hotel for a very good price in the centre of Rome!

Extractor fan didn’t work in the bathroom so got very steamy when showering, and the bath shape made it inevitable that water splashed all over the floor as you had to have the shower head pointing outwards. Kettle and teabags offered in room, but no milk and only paper cups. No English Channel options at all on the TV. Road was fairly noisy as we were in the front room, but luckily did not disturb our sleep.

The centrally-located hotel provided an excellent starting-off point to visit the many nearby touristic sites. We also took advantage of the nearby restaurants and had delicious meals - both expensive and inexpensive. We travelled by bus to the out-lying places we wanted to visit and found the system quite easy to use - bus stops were very close to the hotel. Staff were most friendly, informative and efficient - we appreciated their travel advice on a number of occasions.

We travelled by car and with heavy luggage..the parking was more like 350m from the hotel and we had to carry our luggage to the hotel to unload due to ZTL restrictions. Advise packing separately what is absolutely needed for the stay.
