Luxurious hotel and very welcoming staff.

Expensive prices within rooftop bar considering it was €65 for four drinks which would have only cost €36 for the same drinks in Piazza Novona.

The Glam has a very helpful staff who all aim to please. Great open room perfect for 4 people - similar to US rooms with 2 beds but the room is spacious with an extra daybed as well. Extremely clean, AC blows cold air consistently, 5th floor breakfast is buffet style but your time has to be reserved. Great fancy coffee machine, scrambled eggs (a little runny), bacon is great along with croissants, pastries and juices. The fancy drinks served at the bar are delicious but pricey and the bartenders are friendly. They provide snacks with your drinks for Apparitivo. You must try the Hugo, mojito and the cosmos are classic. The location is convenient and close to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Quirinale Palace and Roma Termini. There is a Taxi stand across the street where taxis are available every morning. Cab to the Vatican for 4 of us was around 13 Euros. Note that it’s hard to get Taxis there after 5:00 pm. Maybe best to book your taxi way ahead of time or plan to walk or take the bus in the evenings. There is a tunnel on Via Milano that is safe to walk through and if you continue walking straight, will lead you directly to the Spanish steps and high end shopping area. Be sure to visit the department store La Rinscente on that street. Great terrace with a view on the top floor and see the Acquaducts on the bottom floor where housewares are. Plenty of delicious and reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance. Especially try Ristorante La Taverna dei Monti. There’s a few clean convenience stores with basic supplies and snacks nearby as well.

No ironing board and iron in the room. Breakfast starts at 7am - would be better if it started at 6am even if just for coffee an self serve pastries.

The fitness center only has a treadmill and old bike, located on an actual guess room.. very dissapointed about it. Mainly booked the hotel for the location and fitness center.

The breakfast was terrible. Similar to a Comfort Inn on I-95 in Georgia. For the cost per night, I expected something much more. I decided not to try their $20 hamburger. Staff was okay. Not terribly knowledgeable or friendly. Our room had no clothing draws (only one) and no hooks to hang clothes. I hung clothes over chairs/suitcases, etc.

We had a very large room for a family of four with two super king beds. A good sized bathroom with a sink outside ( which helped with 3 girls). Fantastic central location 15-25 mins walk from everything central. Taxi rank right outside and 50Euro flat fee to airport. Good continental buffet breakfast and a beautiful outside terrace to enjoy the early morning sun. A truely Glam, up to date, well groomed decor.

There was no storage in the bedroom other than 1 tiny wardrobe so cases had to be scattered on the floor, no shelves, no drawers and no coat hooks. Fine if staying 1 night, but we were in Rome for 5 days and had a lot of "stuff". The cleaner never replaced our toilet rolls and we had to ask for more every day. The staff never fixed two broken lights in the bathroom and bedroom, despite us asking daily as they flickered annoyingly. The staff struggled a little with recommendations for local restaurants.

The property is very beautiful, near all the famous spots in Rome. Rooftop bar it's the place to be at the evening for a drink. Very big thank you for receptionist Madallena for a warm welcome at the evening and a big smile on a face! A big thank you also for a restaurant staff - all are very kind and professional. Room was great,beds are soft and wide. Bidet - big plus for that! Coffe machine and tablets filled every day +

Breakfast: Same breakfast every day. So if you stay more than 2-3 days it could be more various (Salads/Fruits, creppes or pancakes included). Room isolation: You can hear street sounds at the night and also if you're staying at the 4th floor,you can hear music from the restaurant till it's closed :) No heating floors: if you're staying off-season and coming back from walking, could be an advantage, buuuuut there's air cond which helped during the stay. All in all - it's good hotel with a good location, restaurants nearby and everything is reachable by foot. 🤘

The room was very spacious. Bed was comfy and location is great. Bathroom was clean and water drainage was good. Breakfast was very structured and the same everyday- standard breakfast of eggs, cereal, yogurt, cheese, bread and veggies. Nothing fancy and nothing extraordinary.

The bed was a sofa bed and not very comfy. Not enough light, room was a little dim. Our room was not properly locked after housekeeping so make sure to keep all you valuables in the safe box provided. Not very practical for long term stay for a family of three.

Very professional and friendly personnel. The room was ok and the bed was very comfartable. The location is also great.

The 4th floor is just under the roof bar and the restaurant thus there is usually a noise from the above. Should not reserve a room on a 4th floor to a family staying with a small child. For a single it would not be a problem at all but for a baby and child, it was a very bad experience especially when there are events on the the roof bar.

As per scores, nice hotel, spacious rooms, v. clean, roof bar & restaurant a nice space to escape the busy city for a bit! we had a lovely lunch up there. Staff mostly very good, apart from a tall lady moaning at staff which was uncomfortable, and she wasn’t very helpful to guests either! However, a special mention to Oliver who was always incredibly helpful, friendly and super efficient throughout our stay. special thanks to him. Also, Max, the porter who helped to sort an issue we had. The reception team too were all great. Thank you for a lovely stay!
