The room is very spacious,plenty space for your clothes, a large closet, the bathroom is large, the shower is comfortable, the water comes out warm, the bed is quite comfortable and large. The location is the best, just 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, and 15 minutes from the Colisseum. There is also a bus that passes by the door of the hotel so as not to be loaded from the station, which is a 20-minute walk away or 8 minutes by bus. Good cleaning service.

The room, at least mine, the window faces a wall, so it had no sunlight or fresh air. Another important factor is the staff, the lovely cleaners left the room spotless every day, however I found the hotel staff uninformed, I don't expect a tourist guide but I found some gaps in the information they provide about Rome.

Modern clean and well maintained. Location was good also. Try to book the rooms with the balcony so worth it! They also had water kettle and espresso machine in the room! We really found the staff helpful with giving restaurants recos and where to go. Very friendly and accommodating.

We had trouble with the lift so we had to go up to the 5th floor a couple of times. Good thing it was fixed by the time we had to bring down our luggage. Also hope they had multiple switches to control the lighting in the room. It was 1 switch for all the lights.

During check out we find out, that coffee copsules were not free. It was unpleasant surprise. Usually it always free at all hotels. Also there is bad isolation between room and enterance

Minimum soundproof which made it difficult to ignore the next door room tenants that were waking up early and made quite some noise. Also there was no window, which is another minus point.

Staff were exemplary, friendly, responsive and helpful. Food was good and lots of options in different locations. Would recommend booking the a la carte restaurants well in advance if you want some variety. I dreaded the aqua park (this is not normally to my personal taste) but it was excellent: clean, fun, well supervised by staff and not at all crowded. Overall the hotel was busy but it did not feel crowded at all. It is not "high end" luxury but I did not book it with that expectation. It was an excellent choice for a family. Huge, spacious room (we booked a family loft apartment). Personally, I would recommend choosing rooms away from the main piazza which will be a little quieter in the evening.

Location was quite good, quite close to train station and close to some of the historical attractions. The room was very spacious for a hotel in a city as was the bathroom. Cleaner went in the room daily without having to ask, she did the beds and folded the pjs nicely, changed towels daily and emptied any rubbish. Stayed at better rated hotels which didn't even offer such a service, truly impressed!

Our room had a single and a double bed, it would be nice to have another bedside table for the single bed as there is space for it. Toilet paper holder needs repairs and shower setting not working properly. It is supposed to be switched to the hand held shower but it also still comes down from the over head shower. Sound proofing is non existant. Being on a main road you'd think they have proper soundproofing, but no, i wish i counted all the sirens i heard even quite late at night!!

The location was very convenient, just 10-15 minutes walking from the Colosseum and good distance from everything. The rooms were comfy and the bathrooms nice and clean. Also the staff very friendly and helpful with everything concerning us! We had a really good interaction with all of them and especially Rocel and Jeffrey who assisted us with every small inconvenience and were always smiling!

The first night we slept in a room without queen size bed, there were two single beds together, and with broken shutters, they apologized and provided us with a better room.

The staff were amazing. Gave great advice and information. Also recommended restaurant 2min walk away which was wonderful. The position was fantastic. 13 min walk to the Colosseum, about 15 min walk to Trevi fountain, The pantheon, the Spanish steps and Piazza Novana. There is a bus stop directly opposite hotel (bus 64 for the Vatican) and taxi rank beside bus stop. Also about 15 min walk to Roma Termini The beds and pillows were a dream. We had a room with a balcony, via nationale is a busy road but sound proofing is brilliant and to be honest we loved sitting with our coffees in the morning and cold beers after a busy day. We loved our stay here. ❤️

Everything was wonderful. No complaints whatsoever. Other reviews say the lift is small… it is but this absolutely was not a problem. Does its job. Also reviews about night noise! We slept like logs in supremely comfortable beds and had amazing sleep.

Location of the hotel is in walking distance to the center, old town and main train station. We were upgraded to a bigger room without any price increase. All of the items in the room were in good condition and working without problem. Internet tv and coffee/tea availability in the room free of charge is nice. Taxi station in front of the hotel was very useful especially in rainy days.

There was no drawer in the room to put your t-shirts, underwear..etc. We had to keep them in the luggage. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but, you can find around the hotel within 10 minutes walk.

A comfortable room with a lot of space. The bathroom was great .

Not so good sound wise walls. When the neighbors opened the faucet, I could hear the sound of the water.
