The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, near 2 subway stations, in-front of a bus stop, and in-front of a taxi hub. The hotel have great views of Rome, and the breakfast was fresh with various options. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel if we are ever in Roma again.

There was a mis hap with our first night reservation, we requested a room with a view, however our reserved room AC was not working. Nonetheless, I requested the next nights to have a view and the hotel staff did not disappoint! The room that they accommodated us with after was a very beautiful upgraded suite, with free breakfast and drinks! we were very happy with their accommodations! :)

The location of the hotel is amazing- the Trevi Fountain is only 5 minutes away (by foot)!

The thing that we didn’t like was that the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures we saw on Booking. The rooms are pretty small, the walls have stains on them, the furniture needs renovation. When you give that huge amount of money for three nights you expect more!

The location was great!! It's a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and 15mins to the Colosseum and Roma Termini Station. The only time my friend and I had to talk the local metro was when we went to Vatican City. The staff were helpful.

The room was a bit small. My friend and I arrived 2 hours before check-in. We were told that if we wantd to check in early, it would be $50 euros, which I felt was a bit much. But since my friend and I were so tired from a long flight, we decided to pay so we could freshen up.

The staff is really great and polite. The placement of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was (for italian standards) ok, althought we did not get coffee.

The staff could have helped better informing us in advance where to place our car for unloading (not parking). The coffee machine did not work when we hade breakfast, and the breakfast lady was rude and angry (only bad person I saw there). The aircondition was really poor, and the extra bed we had was a disaster. We did mention this, but the staff was not able to do something with it, even though they were really polite and in general helpful.

Vey good location in the city centre. Nice breakfast. Very welcoming and helpful staff. 24 hours check-in without an extra fee, which seems to be rare in Rome. Good bathroom with hot water and good water flow in the shower. Good wifi both in the room and in the common areas.

The single room is extremely small. Good for one-two nights if you only sleep there. As I arrived in the middle of the night, the hotel was a bit hard to find. The main door was locked and the sign on the doorbell was different from the name of the hotel, so i got confused for a while.

Fantastic hotel located a stones throw from all the main attractions in Rome. The room was large and very clean, with a great breakfast served at the cafe in the next street every morning. The reception staff were fantastic and offered us lots of advice and recommendations for our stay. The metro was a 5 mins walk away and it was a 10 mins walk to Rome Termini. Will definitely stay again!

The rooms allow a lot of noise to get through so we could hear the next room's shower and people in the hallway.

asked if we could take breakfast early one morning and was told yes but then that morning nothing had been prepared and nothing for us to take anything in

The location is great, very clean, and the staff were friendly especially Ali very helpful.

The only complaint would be the water temperature in the shower fluctuations from cold to hot on its own.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Our room was spacious enough for a family of 4 (teens), they each had an individual sofa bed which was great. The room was clean, the staff extremely friendly, always eager to help you. A few minutes away from the Fountain of Trevi and Spanish steps. If ever I visit Rome again, I would definitely book here again.
