The central location along a main thoroughfare meant I could walk to nearly every location I wanted to visit very easily and I never felt lost.

I wish there were a full length mirror and more room for storage in my room. Otherwise, the room was very well set up, the bathroom was terrific and I was so glad I could open my window at night because I sleep hot.

Good breakfast served in a beautiful rooftop. The hotel is located very conveniently and has been remodeled recently so everything was practically new.

The room could have been a bit bigger and the closet didn't have any drawers so we had to constantly open the suitcases and with the size of the room it made it a bit awkward.

Impeccable cleanliness and meticulous attention to every detail: fluffy and whitest towels and bathrobes, perfect water pressure in the shower, they even had a scale in the bathroom for those who wants to keep track while on vacay. Amazing rooftop bar and impeccable service. The staff is so professional: invisible but address all your needs immediately, thinking ahead of every detail. L’Orologio Roma Hotel service really stands out.

Everything! Absolutely great location! Kind and nice people, and great welcoming by Daniel. The rooftop bar is amazing! Fantastic cocktails - sophisticated, presented and explained in a very appealing manner. And if it wasn't the cold January, the terrace there would be a great place to spend a few hours. Phenomenal attention to details - all the elements from the design are in line with the watches theme (as the name of the hotel). Nice touch and quality materials used all over the hotel. Not to mention each room is with indivdual name again in the watches theme. Great touch all over the place. Well done, guys!

Pretty much no complaints whatsoever! Two things that could be reviewed by the management of the hotel though: 1. Isolation of windows - huge and nice windows, but apparently with time they are not closing so tightly, as they are supposed to. You can even see the cold air stream by having the curtains blown out by the air that comes in. One thing is that this makes those gorgeous rooms with tall ceilings warming up very difficult. Second thing - noise from the street is heard a lot more in the rooms. And third - you are spending a lot on heating, which just goes away from the windows. Which, on the other hand, is far from sustainable and environment-friendly. 2. You could add some nice stuff to the mini-bar, so it's convenient for guests. :)

the terrace could’ve been left open for guests to sit in all day . As our room was facing the road you could hear the noise from outside especially 3.00 am when the club near by closed. I don’t think the windows were triple glazed even though I was assured, as a property developer for 30 years I’ve had glazed windows installed in many properties

Breakfast was in small quantities but excellent (one selelection of eggs, nice selection of cheese and cuts, pastries, marmelades) and very nice american coffeee! I do not like anymore big buffets with the smell of eggs all over!Staff very polite and they remember always that i drink almond milk.

I didnt like that I ask the reception to make some reservations to restaurants and they did not manage. i understand that it was last minute but they did not even give us a call or message. One day they call in the room (not my mobile) one hour before the reservation just to say that they didnt find. The next day they didnt bother to inform me and I found out when I came back to the hotel and I asked them . Really not very professional. I understand that it is a 4 star hotel and they do not have concierge but still a phone call was required. In a city like Rome, it is not that difficult to make reservations for dinner even last minute. So if you visit L Orologio make sure that you have reservations for dinner/lunch booked before!

Elevated quality and a bit posh boutique-style hotel in terms of the service and price. Very-very central location and a roof-top bar / restaurant with outstanding 360-view. Very attentive and caring service, cleanliness is perfect, rooms are refreshed twice a day. Breakfast is also with high-end service, with not very wide but very decent selection of food and of course unforgettable panorama view on central Rome. Special thanks to Reception who kindly helped with birthday compliments to my friend who stayed with me.

Unreasonable money for the value. My room was suitable for sleep only - totally uncomfortable to enjoy free time in there. Very very tiny, totally without window view (my was facing an elevator schacht). The ergonomics in the room is not comfortable - you can not properly walk, I bumped with my head the lamp next to bed, the closet (wardrobe) was divided horizontally in half so you can't even hang vertically long clothes or trousers. No SPA / gym in the hotel. With quite expensive room-rates the comfort experience makes it not worth it.

We booked a family room and we were delighted to discover we had two rooms adjacent to each other with a main door that we could shut. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, and the facilities were very modern. we loved the very comfortable bed after tired days of walking around Rome. The bar and breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. and a huge thank you to Ricardo at reception who always helped us out when we needed anything. we had an amazing stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a central place to stay in Rome

The Room was comfortable and looked new Neighbourhood was great and close to good attractions The staff were always smiling and greeting - Helpful with the luggage As an Arab, The Reception Bathroom was "Arabic Style" which was great and surprising actually since i'm in a European Country

Breakfast didn't have a lot of options We were planning to add a 3rd person to our room and pay for an Extra Bed charge but they refused and charged us 700 EUR for a separate room, which i believe was so greedy of them to use the fact that we didn't have much of a choice but to pay
