My husband and I stayed here for five nights during our honeymoon. We stayed in the "Suite." The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was large with double sinks, and it has a full-length mirror and good lighting. There is a handheld shower hose and a rainfall shower head with great pressure. The beds were very comfortable (firm like we like...NOT like a soup bowl). There were USB ports next to the bed so you can easily charge your accessories. The ceilings in the room are also very high. There is a living area which made it easy to keep all of our stuff organized. They offer Netflix and YouTube which was a nice perk considering we don't understand Italian TV channels :) The closet was a very good size with lots of hangars. There is a mini fridge and snacks/ drinks stocked. Upon arrival we were greeted by Geejay, who was kind with lots of positive energy! We were offered espresso after our long train ride. (Thank you!) The staff kindly carried our luggage to our room. The building is older which I think was part of the charm. Afterall we are in Rome. The location is fantastic and very central to all the sites. There are also restaurants next door which we enjoyed visiting. We walked everywhere. The Vatican, The Colosseum, Villa Borghese Park, Trastevere, Trevi fountain etc... I recommend walking around the Roman Forum at night. It's beautiful. On the day we were leaving our private driver from the company "Blacklane" who was supposed to take us to the Amalfi Coast called and said they couldn't make. I was panicked and livid! Marco (our front desk hero) being a complete lifesaver arranged (last minute) a private transfer for my husband and I to get to the Amalfi Coast! Thank you, Marco!! Thank you to the entire staff of this hotel!! YOU ARE ALL AMAZING!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Terrace Pantheon Relais Hotel in Rome, and I can confidently say it deserves a perfect 10/10 rating. The exceptional service started with the incredibly friendly and helpful employees at the reception, who went out of their way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet was an absolute delight, thanks to the attentive and welcoming staff who made sure every guest felt taken care of. Their dedication is absolutely outstanding. I must also commend the cleaning personnel for their outstanding work. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. It's evident that the cleaning team takes great pride in their work, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. One of the standout features of the Terrace Pantheon Relais Hotel is its central location. Being situated in the heart of Rome allowed for easy access to iconic landmarks and attractions, making my sightseeing adventures incredibly convenient. In sum, my stay at the Terrace Pantheon Relais Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The exceptional employees at the reception, the attentive breakfast buffet staff, and the diligent cleaning personnel all contributed to a memorable experience. Combined with the immaculate rooms and central location, this hotel truly deserves its spot among the best in Rome. I’ll come back to Rome and will stay again here. Highly recommended!

Hôtel is right next to pantheon and a few minutes walk from Trevi. Modern rooms in a historical building are of very good quality fixtures, beddings and amenities. Breakfast staff especially Dave and Brian were extra helpful and pro-active. Thank you guys! Breakfast minimal but of good quality. Coffee was very good.

I booked a junior suite and got what I felt like a family room with one big bed and two couch beds surrounding the main bed. Felt cramped and was not the picture provided on booking.com. I was extremely unhappy as for that price you expect more space and pictures on booking are not realistic. Receptionist at check in was rude and unprofessional. Marco the manager offered to swap rooms the second day but it was similar to the first one and no other gesture was made. Breakfast area is super tiny and has rooms that open up to it. Rooftop bar area has no view at all. All in all would not stay for a long stay with 4 people in that hotel.

The location near the Pantheon was perfect. Centrally located and an easy walk to most sites in Rome. The size of the room was small by US standards, maybe, but perfectly adequate for a guest needs in Rome. Comfortable bed & plenty of room in the bathroom. The Italian breakfast had many options and was very good, including US type items like bacon & eggs. Did not try those because, well, we were in Rome. What can't be emphasized enough was how accommodating and professional was the staff. By any matrix these people were top notch, ready to assist in whatever need one would have. Put the value of the stay at a high level.

The Location was exceptional, we were within walking distance to every landmark in rome and did not require the use of any public transport. Exceptional restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The customer service from the hotel staff was 10/10, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and they went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. The hotel staff should be commended on their customer service, it was amazing! The air conditioning in the hotel worked very well and made the stay comfortable. We loved the hotel rooftop also.

The pricing of the hotel per night was quite expensive. I would not class this hotel as 5 star standard if I am being honest, despite the service and location being exceptional. Our room was very small for what we paid and breakfast was at an extra cost and quite basic. The shower in the room had horrible water pressure, and water would leak out of the shower after use. We also waited until 2:30pm to have our roomed serviced. The room was manageable for 2 nights, but I would feel claustrophobic staying in our room for a week. The hotel lift was very small and slow.

Great location, quiet at night, even though in the heart of everything. Located just around the corner from a taxi rank, very convenient. The hotel staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, happy and customer focused. Room was a good size and cleaned every day. 24 hour reception. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lift for luggage. Safe, code on door for late night returners. Knowledgeable staff, happy to give advice on sightseeing, travel and other enquiries. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The storage space for clothes and shoes etc was limited. I like to unpack completely even when away just for a week. There was nothing else negative.

The Staff here is INCREDIBLE with infectious smiles, energy, and endless patience with my grumpy/spazzy/ sometimes way-to-messy or chaotic toddler/family. The airport transfers we got through the hotel were terrific, and effortless. The breakfast was delicious: eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, meats, cheeses, pancakes, croissants, cereals....and Mark and Kiko greeting you every morning by name, making me "extra strong" and extra delicious cappuccinos. (This tired mama THANKS YOU) The girl at the front desk (I am forgetting her name, sadly) was always extremely warm, helpful, knowledgeable as she helped us make tour reservations as well as direct us to pharmacies nearby to get rapid antigen tests for our daughter's return flight home. The rooftop terrace was nice, but it rained so much during our trip we didnt get to make much use of it (they've got great patio furnishings with giant umbrells that keep things dry, we were just already damp from being out and prefered to stay warm and cozy in the room when we had downtime.) The beds in the room were REALLY COMFY. I slept well, as did my family. Rooms were spacious, with high ceilings, lovely furniture and a nice offering with an electric kettle, tea & instant coffee, as well as lovely options from the minibar (to include wine). I loved that there were wine glasses and a wine key in the room for our convenience as well. Oh, and at check in, we were personally shown to our room, which was a nice personal touch I also appreciated. The Terrace Pantheon Relais really strives to make you feel not just welcome, or comfortable, but like family.

Faint sewer smell in the bathroom/drains/bidet. It might just be expected when staying in such an old city, though. We just tried to shut all the drains when they weren't in use. The shower drain got clogged while showering, but I was able to get the water to drain using a wet handtowel and "plunging" it a bit, so no big deal to me--it only happened once in our 6 day stay. So I dont think this is a major or recurring problem. The hotel has a Tiny Elevator, so expect a few trips taking up luggage, kids and a stroller. Luckily, the staff is very eager & available to assist you.

The hotel is located in the heart of Rome, just a few steps away from the Pantheon so nearly all historical places are within walking distance. The building is itself a historical one, dated more than a hundred years or more as I learned from the staff. They preserved it really good, while renovating the interior in a very modern way. The rooms are comfortable and clean. All rooms have individual heating/cooling so you can tune it to your liking easily. There is only one elevator but I never had to wait for it long during my 5-night stay. The most important part is the very friendly and helpful staff (both at the reception and at the breakfast) who makes you feel that you are a special guest and everything is arranged especially for you! Thank you all for making my stay even better with your positive and professional attitude and commitment to your work! Grazie!
