The staff of the hotel, especially Romana and Enrique have been the loveliest. We had some technical issues that were sorted straight away by them, always as attentive as they could be. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast, however compact was one of my favourites of the whole trip. Also the location of the hotel is great for tourism and not too far from some amazing restaurants.

We had a few issues that inconvenienced us slightly until the staff so promply tended to them: the safe wouldn't work, towels and beeding were not taken care of one day, the drains of the sink and shower at first wouldn't quite drain the water.

The hotel itself was simply stunning; it's actually a palace converted into a hotel, and the combination of history and modern luxury is truly unique. We loved our room, which was beautifully designed, and it had a skyline with an angel watching over us – what an amazing touch! The staff was wonderful, always with a smile and attentive to our requests, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome who wants to experience the city authentically and in a great location. We will definitely return!

It’s a really nice & unique hotel. The building itself is beautiful and it feels truly Roman inside. The staff were impeccable, the room was great and the location is ideal. There were some truly excellent restaurants within a few minutes.

The soundproofing is unbearable. I could hear, in detail, normal-volume speaking from the room next door. Whilst obviously annoying, it was also a privacy concern. The noise from the street appears completely unfiltered, as if the window was open. There was also an odd sewer-like smell in the bathroom a couple of times but it went away quickly.

We did not avail of the breakfast option as we were out and about first thing. Location was really good as it is convenient for both walking and other transport services. Rooms were really spacious! The real gem of the property were Adrianne & Eduardo who always delivered 'service with a smile', very friendly and respectful to the guests. They were very helpful with service requests that are within their capacity and capability. Very good at what they do! Many thanks to both!

We initially had issues with the room layout as we were a group of 5 adults. We were assigned a 2 bedroom unit with 1 combined toilet and shower which would have been perfect for a family with kids but not really suitable for 5 women. However this was rectified the following day by transfer to a 2 bedroom and 2 toilet unit which made our stay more comfortable. There were also issues with the air conditioning units in the room but was also dealt with accordingly.

This is my third time in this hotel and I would come back again and again. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we felt their warm welcome since our arrival till the end. They upgraded our room to suite which was so nice and comfortable. Big thanks to Adryana, the lady at the reception who where there most of the time to help. The housekeeping staff were so nice and friendly. We love the hotel location as we could reach most of the attractions within walking distances. Also restaurants and cafes are close by. The hotel is an old palace which is amazing, and the rooms are nicely decorated. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location within a short walk of all the main sites. A nice size room and bathroom for the centre of Rome. Helpful staff who all spoke good english despite my wife speaking good Italian. A good cafe at the corner of the street for Breakfast of a late night drink.

The room was very hot and could not be cooled down. Not sure how good this would be in the summer as the rooms have no AC. Also the company the hotel used for Airport transfers arrived 25 minutes late - so leave plenty of time.

A room with a ceiling fresco dating from the 1700s was just the first indication this hotel was something special. The beds were so comfy, beautiful bathroom and a quaint balcony. The breakfast (provided) was fantastic - even served excellent coffee. The staff were professional and friendly and went over and above to assist.

Only a minor inconvenience, but the rooms were quite hot and it was challenging to manage the temperature.

Best location in the heart of ancient Rome remains. Beautiful palazzo serve as a boutique hotel. And amazing bookstore in the same palazzo. We liked the stay very much. Great and fancy place for breakfest. And the best team in the hotel! Thank you for everything, we will come back, and recomend the Hotel to our friends.

Do not take a car, when you go to Rome.

Such a wonderful stay here! We got a free upgrade to a deluxe suite upon our arrival, wonderful amenities in the bathroom, spacious, clean and super friendly staff. We didn’t have breakfast as we had early morning tours each day. The most fantastic location and such great spots all around. Genuinely amazing stay and couldn’t fault it at all, definitely get it on the list for your Rome trip
