Very charismatic and polite staff at reception and during breakfast! They have a garden/ terrace open daily until 10 pm. Overall, the hotel is not new, but equipped in a very bohemian way, like knitting stuffs:)) The cleaning service realy refreshed the room every day. I walk both, to train station and to old city, different directions.

The terrace had the AC units stored there. Very noisy and maybe it would be nice to be separated from the rest of the space with a panel/ fake wall. The space where breakfast was served raised some questions about cleanliness, maybe because is very old. A couple booked the room next to me and I had to keep the TV on all nights so I could cover them:))

The property was excellent, the location is an easy walk to Rome termini station and just a couple minutes to the beautiful Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore while being on a quieter side street filled with lovely restaurants. The hotel has a nice sitting area with comfy couches where we sat and talked with friends.

All the men that were at the front desk were the absolute friendliest people and made our stay so lovely. Also the added little balcony in our room was so nice. I saw previous reviews about the noise but literally it was so quiet..slept like babies.

I think for the price and location, little things didn’t matter.

Very nice and convinient hotel. The room is small but it has everything. The most important was air-conditioner, because it was very hot at those days. We had a balcony and enjoyed it at evenings. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Hotel locates on the quiet street, so no noises from the outside. Also it has good soundproofing between the rooms. I recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helped us settle in even though we arrived at 22h30.

The room was a bit small and did not have a kettle or coffee making station inside, but the bar on the bottom floor was open. However, for the very low price we paid, it was definitely value for money!

Location was good and key central attraction were just few minutes walk from the hotel. Also the person with whom I made the check in at hotel was very helpful.

The room view was not good and there was no terrace available with the room given to me while I understand they have many room with terrace and I think that was fully booked.

The location was excellent, we could reach the Colosseum and Fontana di Trevi in 15-20min walk. Very nice neighbourhood. Room was very clean. The reception was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend for the value for the money.

great location and lots of amenities close by in relation to eating, drinking, shopping. Also the main train station "Termini" is close by. Room was big and clean - there was also air conditioning, which was really good. perfect location to explore Rome.
