Just chilling suite is approx 7 min walk to the colosseum, which was the main attraction that we wanted to see, we also walked to the trevi fountain and the pantheon during our stay (approx 20 mins walk), metros were close by if needed, but we walked for the couple of days we stayed, the only time we used transport was for our transfer from the airport and back again, provided by just chilling suite at a very reasonable rate, Francesco was our driver and provided us with a map with lots of information on places to eat etc, there was a mini mart right around the corner and a pharmacy, and a bike/scooter rental place just down the road. When I needed an iron, Bruno the owner had it to me within the hour, room was spotless with clean towels daily and robes also provided, there was also a mini fridge to keep our water and soft drinks cold. One thing to note, there is a sign in bathrooms not to throw wipes etc into the toilet, and you need to take note of that as it will definitely block their plumbing up with the septic tanks, it's very easy to forget and just throw them in the toilet instead of the bin without thinking, so it's important to just use the bin for cotton pads, wipes etc, because as little as 2 wipes could block the system, and it's unfair on the owner to have to sort it out each time. Overall we had a lovely stay and the owner Bruno and driver Francesco communicated very well before and during our stay and were on the end of the phone if we needed anything.

Great location to Termini Station, plenty of restaurants close. Short walk to Colosseum. Lift was great, communication was fantastic and allowed us to store bags and check in earlier.

Nothing about apartment but about 20 minutes to Trevi Fountain etc but was ok as we like to walk

Located outside the messy train station neighborhood but still close to the train station (~15min walking). It’s safe and quiet. 1 block away is a very good breakfast restaurant. 2 blocks away is the metro station. Walking distance to the famous Colosseum and the Ruin. Delicate baroque style home deco. Not only the room is clean, but also the building hallway with marble floor. It has a small elevator so really convenient for old people or having heavy luggage. The host is very nice! They greeted us with a complementary bottle of wine. They provided bottle water everyday, friendly for travelers who may be sensitive to stomach flu. The host gave me an excellent introduction on attractions and how to get there and back, including the recommendation on the dining and shopping areas.

It would be even better if the host could establish the text message connection before my arrival and respond my messages quicker.

from Francesco collecting us from the airport to the more relaxed and polite atmosphere created when we arrived at our room, the entrance hall to the building to the authentic decor, the room was as clean as a whistle and the bed was incredible, 10/10, honestly nothing was too much the communication from when i booked to when we landed in italy they made us feel incredibly comfortable. it was our first time abroad and of course we would naturally be nervous but we were collect reassured and made to feel welcome. i will be making a habit of returning to rome and i will not use anyone else,

The location was perfect for exploring Rome, with ample restaurants and shops in the locality. The property is very safe and located in a good district. Bruno & Frncesco were both really helpful and always available to share advice, arrange transportation or fix problems.

I was disapppointed with the overall size of the room. The pictures on Booking.Com shows a bigger room, with more floor space. The room I had 'the green room' did not have a table so you could sit and eat, or comfortabl chairs to sit and watch TV. For me, and this my not be for everyone, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable - very hard and the airconditioning being positioned at one end of the room meant that one part was cold and the other very warm

The owner Bruno was amazing! He was in touch the day before about accessing property and all details needed such as Fernando’s details who was meeting us at property - who was equally great. He waiting for us to arrive to explain keys and any questions. Facilities were amazing - there is a lift up to property which h was helpful with luggage. They left coffee pods and water in fridge which was a nice touch after travel! Location is walking distance to colosseum and all the sites, great restaurants and park close. Bruno Also offered to take us to airport at a great price which helped ease the stress. He was such a lovely man. Thank you would love to stay again!

From beginning to end it was flawless. Bruno, the owner, corresponded with us from the date of the booking. Offered his services to pick us up at the airport and take us to the cruiseport when we left. Location was super. Walking distance to Colliseum, Forum and Trivi Fountain. 3 min walk to several restaurants, shops and grocery store. Comfy beds, pillows and great shower. Our first time to Rome and we couldn't have found a better place. 2 thumbs up for Bruno's hospitality and fine hotel.

Everything was wonderful

Nice size room with enough room for 3 adults to be comfortable. Comfy beds and beautiful view from the window. Location was a little out of main centre but close to Colosseum and 20 mins walk to most attractions and there were good cafes and restaurants around. We took up the offer of pick up from the airport and Francesco was on time with clear instructions, he was very friendly and helped carried our bags upstairs and checked us in. We also used his car service (cheaper than taxi) back to the airport as well - on time and great service again. Communication leading up to our stay was excellent.

The location was perfect for us! Good restaurants and shops were right around the corner and it was within walking distance of the Colosseum. We always felt safe walking around in this area and loved visiting the coffee shop on the corner that had delicious pastries. Our room was not large but was very clean and well kept. It met all our expectations. Bruno, the owner, was great and so helpful to us in many ways. He went out of his way to arrange transportation for us to the hotel, to the sites we wanted to visit, and to the cruise port when our stay in Rome ended. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

From the moment I booked Bruno was on hand to assist in any way. He arranged collection from the airport at an extremely reasonable fee and Martin was waiting outside for us. On arrival Bruno gave us all the information we could need and more and was available throughout the stay by message. The location is great just a short walk from the heart of Rome with some lovely restaurants and bars close by. The room was exactly like the picture and all facilities as advertised. We had a maid service each day which I was not even expecting and fresh towels etc. On leaving Bruno allowed us to leave our luggage all day which was very helpful and then again a driver on hand to take us home Highly recommended!
