Our outside, air-conditioned suite faced a quiet street, 50 m away from the Trevi fountain. It was spacious enough for us not to feel claustrophobic. A scrumptious breakfast was served on a pretty top floor in the main building, Our location was central to all attractions, dining and shopping. Once we had orientated ourselves, we mostly walked.

Like all cities around the world, pick pockets and scamsters are abundant, the hotel, restaurants warned us within the first half hour of our arrival, the best advice is: Do not engage in any form of conversation, however friendly it may seem!!! Do not accept any trinkets, flowers, bangles, seed for birds etc., once touched, you have to pay for it! Of course, unless you want to.

I think the staff upgraded our room as it was alot nicer than i remembered booking. This place is super close to the Trevi fountain, just a 30second walk.

The wifi was almost non existent, they might need to look at getting a new router extender as the one we saw in the hallway didnt look to be working. The bath tub in the corner of the room leaks when you empty the bathwater and flooded that whole corner of the room, luckily we caught it early on and were able to clean up the mess with the towels

The location of this hotel was fantastic! Right around the corner from the Trevi fountain, shops, and restaurants. We stayed in one of the larger annexed room. The size was perfect for the four of us. It was more like a suite, with a separate bedroom. The area was quiet and private.

We did have a couple of complaints, The jets didn't work in the whirlpool tub, nor did the towel warmer. We tried to use it to dry some clothing we had washed. The room was warm, but it was very hot while we were there. The air conditioning didn't seem to work very well, so we asked for a fan.

Excellent location, just a block from the Trevi Fountain. But the rooms were all quiet and very comfortable. We were a family of 4 and our room was very comfortable, both the beds and the temperature. The shower is fantastic and the bathroom is big enough to accommodate everyone. Highly recommend staying here, especially as a family of four. We also had two other rooms for family members, and everyone was very comfortable. There is a very small elevator, although mostly we just took the stairs.

I can't think of anything to improve, except maybe an extra blanket (although I think if we had asked for the blanket they would have provided it, so that is our fault).

We stayed at the hotel on February 8 for 5 days, and it was beyond amazing ! I was a bit afraid at first because the comments where diverted, but everything was amazing ! our room was at the main building, with beautiful and cozy interior, more than enough space, clean shower with warm water, and a room service that always kept our room super clean, when we arrive after a long day of walking. of-course the location is the best !!! and the staff at the reception were always available and super helpful! we didn’t take the breakfast, but enjoyed an amazing coffee right next to the building (“Angela’s cafe).

nothing, everything was great

arrived 10am thinking we would leave our suitcase for storage but lucky enough the room was ready, we also received a better room than we thought we would have. the staff were really friendly and the location is just around the corner from Trevi Fountain. would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

only slight negative was the room did smell of smoke, not sure what from as there are many non smoking signs around the building.

Located right next to the Trevi and was very conscientious to getting to all the main sites in Rome. Even so close it was quiet. The room was nice and clean and recently renovated. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was not located in the main building but was only 100m away and was very secure.

We were a group of four friends and were placed in a studio room - this was fine for us but the shower was in the bedroom (with only a frosted glass door) so privacy is very limited. Keep this in mind with the group you are travelling with - there is likely other room layouts if requested.

I like the location

The children have to sleep together in double bed, even though I booked 2 single bads. It was not very confortable for them.

The location was brilliant. Across the road from several restaurants and down the road from the Trevi Fountain. We were in walking distance from the Pantheon and all of the restaurants.

An English speaking channel on the television that wasn’t the news would have been nice. Just to chill out in the evening.

I was hesitant after looking at the reviews but I couldn’t have been happier when we arrived. We were given an upgraded room in another building and the room was amazing. It was huge! A lovely bathroom with a huge shower, room was cleaned daily . The breakfast was very nice, plenty to eat. The only hot food is scrambled egg and bacon, but a nice bacon buttie daily did the trick. Location was superb, a stones throw from Trevi Fountain. I would stay here again if we visit again.

The only downside was a fair few steps to climb, but the room was worth the climb.
