Huge spacious room, excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to check in and happy to hold bags on check out day for us to sightsee. Would recommend

While the room was spacious, and there are luxurious elements (huge bed, double shower etc), I would describe the accomodation itself as basic. That said, it was very comfortable and perfect for us.

Lots of space. Nice and clean. Loved the minibar.

Our room was not ready until 4:30 pm. So we had to hang out in the lobby. Air conditioning does not cool down the area well. And it will not be able to because the room access key turns on the electricity so when you leave the room it shuts off. When it is 100+ degrees outside, we need a cool room.

Our room was two floors with 2 terraces, with ancient Roman charm. The room had its own WiFi router which was very strong. Each floor had its own AC split. The bathroom was very spacious and modern. The sofa bed was very comfortable to sleep on.

The street is noisy and almost sounds like the windows are open, but that is Rome. The kitchen was not very updated. The windows and terrace entry door did not have any locks. The key was manual, and may be a safety concern because they are easily duplicable. The cleaning crew was not very flexible when they came in the afternoon and said they were not able to come back at a later time.

I must say it was a fantastic experience staying in Trevi Rome Suite. Although our package did not include breakfast, we found plenty of charming cafes and eateries nearby that offered delicious options to start our day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the location. Trevi Rome Suite is perfectly situated, providing easy access to many of Rome’s major tourist attractions, including the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and more. We could easily explore the city on foot without needing to rely heavily on public transport. And what truly made our stay exceptional were the amazing staff. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. On our the last day at Trevi Rome Suite, the gentleman staff kindly suggested my friends & I visit the stunning Chiesa Di Sant’lgnazio Di Loyola while we waited for our transport to the airport. It was such a lovely recommendation and added a special touch to our trip.

What I didn't like about this trip was that it was too short! I found myself wishing for more time to embrace not just the city’s landmarks but also the unique vibe and lifestyle of Rome. Next time, I’ll plan for a longer stay - at least a week. This will give me the luxury of exploring at a leisurely pace without the stress of trying to catch up or maximize every moment. So, I suggest that you be sure to allow yourself enough time to truly indulge in all that this beautiful City and Trevi Rome Suite have to offer. I am looking forward to returning and soaking up the full Roman experience on my next visit.

Great location for the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon and walking distance to the Colloseum. Nice A/C and modern bathroom. Our apartment had a roof terrace. Lots of eateries close to the apartment and local supermarkets. Staff were very good and were on hand if any queries. Given a late check out which worked for our next journey. Safe area and clean.

The room expected wasn’t what was given. Climb up some steps into the apartment then some more once in the apartment, then some more narrow steps for the bedroom. Modern room with bathroom A/C in seating area worked well but not so good in the bedroom. Kitchen was very basic, although worked was not in keeping with the room. Not the room we were expecting especially as the pictures were of a different room when booked.

I had an amazing stay at this charming hotel near the Fontana di Trevi! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to one of Rome’s most iconic landmarks. What stood out the most was the impeccable cleanliness of the entire property. The rooms were spotless, with fresh linens and towels provided daily, and the common areas were always well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything tidy and welcoming. This attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay in the heart of Rome!

Room size was great. Location was pretty good too. Room floor had been vacuumed but was not clean. The ceiling in the bathroom had a large area of spots of mold.

The shower is not the easiest to operate. The sinks in the bathroom take a long time for the hot water to get there. Of the two men that I met that work at the front desk, one has a partial understanding of English. This can be a problem. If you need to be understood on anything important, you need to talk with Amad, not the other gentleman. The other man has no verifiable understanding of the English language.

When we arrived there was no signs inside courtyard explaining where reception was. We had to go back outside for ring the main buzzer. The sofa bed was wonky and lent backwards. Informed reception who told us there was nothing he could do about that. No manual in room explaining how anything worked. Only 1 remote between 2 televisions. Only 1 wine glass. Wasn’t happy with kettle as only plug to use was on floor meaning we had to be careful when boiling it. Bathroom radiator was leaking water all over the floor. Again informed reception as we had to put towels down and was fixed

Location was excellent, very close to the Trevi Fountain, and nearly everything was in walking distance. We didn't have to deal with the staff a great deal, but when we did they were very nice and very helpful. Lovely huge room, and 2 showers in the bathroom (we had an executive suite).

The only issue we had, was that the air conditioning was two stand alone units, and not really man enough for the room size and temperatures you get in Rome ! The nights were a bit uncomfortable with the heat.

Property is clean, and very close to all attractions. Just 100 meters from Trevi Fountain. The staff are accommodating, and were able to get our luggage dropped off very early before checkin. Communication was good Technically, most of the attractions in Rome are walkable.

Air Conditioner in top level bed room might need to be looked into. Because of the extreme heat conditions during our stay , room was not cooling enough even though it was running continuously.
