Location was great, right in front of Trevi fountain. The breakfast was delicious and Mrs Maria who is in charge of the breakfast is a great asset to this Hotel. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and meet all our needs including giving us tips on popular destinations and tourist routes. The hotel is old, so if you are looking for perfection you are not going to find it here,but we loved our stay and will come back again.

Only one key card per room. Very inconvenient if you are trying to charge a device while having breakfast etc, or take a shower while your partner is out.Hotel front under construction so no view of the fountain

This property is literally infront of the trevi fountain. The staff are incredibly hospitable, especially the ladies. I had one of my most memorable conversations of my two week trip with the front desk lady during my stay here. She had the most lovely recommendations for food and bakeries. The best part of this trip was that I got to go see the trevi fountation almost empty almost daily during my stay here. While the area is generally noisy, my room had no noise as it was not facing the fountain. The breakfast was really nice as well. The staff were so incredibly nice about my dietary restrictions (Halal). Incredible experience.

While the staff and the location are fantastic, the room itself was so small there was no space to even walk. The hotel is very old, and facilities are a little on the older side. The bed was slightly uncomfortable as it was too soft, but i believe this is a personal preference. But taking into account the price you pay and the location you get, I would still recommend 100% to stay here.

Wide bedroom with confortable beds. Great breakfast with a very nice view. It’s a pity that there are renovation works at the facade, though

The location of this hotel is 5 stars! Right outside is Trevi Fountain! A very convenient location for sure! The breakfast was very good and the ladies up in the breakfast room were very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were small and our room 302 was very quirky. you had to go down a 5 step narrow spiral staircase to get to the bathroom. I missed the last step in the middle of the night and fell and got a nasty bruise. Also there was no shower curtain on the bathtub/shower so it was very difficult to shower and wash your hair.

I travelled with my two teenage daughters and the location was perfect. We felt totally safe walking around and breakfast overlooking Trevi fountain was great. Staff were so lovely and really helpful.

I was worried when I read some of the comments before we arrived but this is a very typical Rome hotel, (have stayed in a few ones and they are very similar). if you are looking for for a quiet hotel with modern facilities then don’t stay in central Rome. If you want convenience, location and traditional Italian experience then this is the place for you. Yes it is busy outside Trevi fountain but again, you are right outside a top attraction so for me it was great.

Prime location and stunning view. I was blown away with the Trevi Fountain view. The staff were all so friendly, particularly loved Issac - what a legend! I think it will be hard to beat the buffet breakfast with the view of the fountain too. It was so nice to have a ceiling fan and AC as an option. If in the fountain view rooms, be prepared for the sound of the fountain (which I thought was magical..) and the contast crowd buzz. You even get to hear all the cheering of the regular proposals. Closing the windows was a noise block enough for me. The decor in the building was beautiful. Loved that they stored our bags upon early arrival. It was lots of fun to drink at the top floor restaurant while we waited for our room to be ready, what a way to be welcomed to Rome!

The place they recommend for laundry was a bit pricey. €30 for a load (2 shopping sized bags) of washing. In hindsight, we should've asked the cost before going ahead with it. But the laundry shop wasn't too far to walk to.

Hotel Location is perfect and the views are amazing. The bar upstairs is spectacular for the views of the Fountain and the staff are really nice and friendly. Evening drinks in the bar were so nice. Location is perfectly central for most tourist sites in Rome.

The shower didn't have a holder, so you had to shower holding the head of the shower, although not a big problem. The cupboard door didn't close properly in the bedroom (due to antique cupboard). The bath was cracked and old. It wasn't too bad though, and was clean and water etc was warm and constant etc. The only big downside is if you choose a room with Fountain views in the summer expect it to be noisy, all hours of the night. It didn't keep me awake after a few drinks, but if you are a light sleeper you may want to opt for a room on the opposite side.

We stayed in a Trevi Fountain view room, the view was fantastic! The location of the hotel was great, very central, lots of places to eat around the hotel and the staff were very friendly! Breakfast was included which was a bonus, a very special 10 year anniversary trip!

Though the view of the fountain was great it did mean that the noise level in the room was quite loud which is to be expected. The room was comfortable but basic and the bathroom could do with being updated however the hotel is old. I would let any of this put me off coming back but I would remember to bring ear plugs for a quieter nights sleep!

The localization is perfect, being in the hotel feels like traveling into the past, such a great vibe!

Location is perfect. just in front of the Fontana. Nearby(walking distance) to points of interest in the city like Pantheon, etc.. Need to add that the bathroom is perfect and spacious + Hot water and bathtub were superb! also it is easily accessible by taxi nearby the Trevi fountain. Staff working at the hotel is helpful, knowledgeable and overall extremely kind. Always watching out for our well-being and trying to help with transportation or directions. I will stay again at this hotel!

it is a antique hotel, so as one can expect, it has old furniture but comfortable and cozy. plus toiletries are included and electrical outlets were minimal but available. finally- you’re in front of the Fontana, so you need to expect some minimal noise from the crowds enjoying themselves late in the night. nonetheless the police would disperse the persons and not a problem for sleeping..
