Fantastic location, near to centre of Rome but great area in its own right, lovely square which has food and clothing stalls by day and restaurants around the edge, great atmosphere in the evening, centre of the SQ is cleared for every night. The room is good with bathroom with shower adjoining. Great continental breakfast in your room daily.

The wardrobe in the room was extremely large with large handles, it was very near to the bed and got in the way, there was very little room for movement around it.

Very clean hotel with big rooms and spotless bathrooms near Campo de Fiorii. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There is no breakfast room, but staff bring a selection of fruit juices, youghurts, croissants, etc. to your bedroom each morning. This is nice if you like to eat breakfast while watching the news on TV, as I do. There was good WiFi in my bedroom.

The elevator starts at about floor 1.5 (not at the lobby level). If you are only carrying a small bag or backpack, this will not be a problem. But if you have large heavy luggage, then it might be an issue for some people. This reception is manned for about 4 hours each morning. But you'll have keys and codes to get in at any time. It was not a problem for me and I would stay at this hotel again

Location was good. Check in instructions provided prior to arrival which were easy to follow. The room was large with adequate storage. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean. Towels changed daily (if required) and the room tidied each day. Breakfast was fine although we do prefer to go out for breakfast. The host, Cristina could not have been more helpful, providing local information and arranging a taxi back to the airport at the end of our stay. She provided contact details and was happy to be contacted at any time if necessary.

The only downside was the amount of stairs, which would not be practical for anyone with mobility issues. There are a couple of flights of stairs to climb before you reach the lift, but the building is a traditional Roman apartment block so this is to be expected.

The location was exceptional we could walk to all the main tourist attractions. Felt very safe to be with small kids. Property was clean and Cristina and her colleague were very attentive.

The shower wasn’t the strongest and changed temperature regularly however did not detract from a great stay! 😃

Excellent location, center, close to all major attractions, market, cafes, shops. To the Vatican and the Colosseum on foot 30-40 minutes, by taxi 8 €. Room is clean with comfortable bed and pillows. The wonderful hostess Cristina told in detail how to get from the airport and to.

Christina is very kind, a lot of attention to our needs. It's so well placed, right next to a great piazza, street market and typical shops. The breakfast is perfect!!!

The location is excellent! You can practically stroll around the city and reach everywhere, from Trastevere to Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps and more. Cristina, our sweet host was so helpful! She proposed some great Italian tavernas with delicious pizzas and Roman/Italian dishes. Looking forward to our next visit!

We had nice stay in JB relays. Verry friendly stuff, good location, nice room. Photos correspond the reality. Perfect stay if you do not expect 5 stars hotel.

If you are sensitive to sounds it may cause discomfort for you in the mornings, especialy in room 103. Also if you like eat well in breakfast, it will be not enough for you. In our situation we didn’t mind.

great location, even better personal. Christina was the best! She was very responsive and spent much of her time trying to help us book COVID testing appointment down in South of Italy! Thank you Christina!

old elevator, for older individuals could be uncomfortable, on the other hand it’s good that it’s there

The location was great! Right next to a bustling square with restaurants, markets and shops. The hotel is in a neat old building and access was straightforward.

Breakfast was good, but a little repetitive after our third morning. A little more variety would have been nice.
