The location is perfect for walking to many of the local attractions. Best of all it is just a couple of blocks from the open air Campo De Fiori open air market and only a 1 minute walk to one of the best rated gelato shops in Rome. The room is exactly as in the photos online and very clean. The staff was very responsive when we contacted them and was available anytime they are needed. Be aware that there are a few stairs to climb if you do not want to use the very small lift that is available. The seating room was nice if you want to get out of your room but stay inside, plus they kept a candy tray there that my wife loved trying some of the local candy.

There is only one very small negative concerning the room. The walking street outside could get loud sometimes and wake us when the local bars closed around 2:15 but it only lasted for a few minutes as people walked by.

Entrance and stairway to property is really unassuming! You would walk straight past it if you didn’t know but it’s hiding a true gem of a property. The location is slap bang in the middle of every major attraction - we walked to everything - the Vatican, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the pantheon and more! It’s approx just 100m from the Campo De’Fiori square which has great food and energy at all times of the day. The design of the room was really cool and in touch with the history of the building and Rome. Comfy bed, great shower and amazing AC (we visited during a heatwave so this was really appreciated!) Staff were there when you needed, always so helpful and just a WhatsApp message away for anything you needed (including arranging taxis which made the airport runs very smooth). Incredible value for money, highly recommend, if we go back to Rome we will certainly be staying here!

Genuinely nothing. For the money it seems impossible to get better.

It was a local Italian area “Jewish getto” is what it’s called! Extremely hard to find and get to as taxis can’t drive to hotel so you have to drag your luggage thru a shopping area trying to find your room! No signs if you miss the “23” you’re in trouble! It’s a very unusual entrance and trying to figure out where to go after you get in was difficult! Elevator had enough room for one! It was difficult for to senior citizens!!they are there in mornings! Staff was very helpful and friendly! Plus even with an adapter my blow out brush burnt out first time I used it!!!

Stairs and difficulty of finding “hotel”! And that you can’t drive to it! If you have a lot of luggage or heavy or difficulty walking you’re in trouble! Our taxi driver dropped us off and pointed to the right direction to find it!! We had to walk quite a way not knowing where exactly we were going. I was surprised how trashy the streets were! No trash cans anywhere! Very crowded,

Highly Recommended Stay - Fantastic Service and Great Location! I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful. They assisted us with arranging transport from the airport, which was very thoughtful and made our journey much smoother. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's ideally situated within a 20-minute walk to all the major attractions. This made exploring the city very convenient for us. Additionally, the area around the hotel is bustling with great dining options. We particularly enjoyed some local restaurants and a fabulous gelato shop nearby, perfect for tasting the local flavors. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. It was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience in the city.

The location was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and replied to text messages with any questions or recommendations about restaurants very quickly. When we arrived we were initially put in quite a small and dingy room with not much light. I asked if it was possible to move to another room and they were so helpful and moved us when one of the other rooms was available the next night. The next room was spacious, filled with light and great and we loved it!

The beds and pillows could be more comfortable.

The property is in the most ideal location. Walking distance to all the major sights, and right across the river from Trastevere - the lively nighttime neighborhood of Rome. The staff at the property was extremely friendly, flexible, and understanding. The room was very clean, well stocked, and spacious.

My only complaint about the property is that there was not ample room for luggage storage. Luggage stands, or a dresser of some sorts would have been a huge help. Also a full length mirror would be a plus too!

The property was in a beautiful and central location, very easy to get to a lot of the things you’ll want to see. About a 20 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and along the way you pass the Pantheon. As well as a 20 minute walk the other way to the Colosseum. The instructions to get inside were very easy. There is a small reception area at the front where you can rest, use the restroom and store bags after check-out.

Women should be cautious late at night getting back to this property.

The room was beautiful, clean and modern. The ceiling was beautiful too. The location is great. Walking distance to campo, the pantheon and navonna. Since it’s Rome, it’s also easy, but longer, to walk to most places. The tram and bus stops are right nearby in largo argentina. There was a mini fridge in the room and the air conditioning was good. I would stay there again. It’s a hotel but not staffed at night or in the early morning.

The beds and pillows were too firm, but I’ve noticed that’s pretty common in Italy. Also, if you have large luggage, you have to carry it up a small flight of stairs to reach the elevator, which also tends to happen in Italy.

Great central location Staff are friendly and welcoming Good breakfast but same everyday as it's not hot so could get repetitive especially as there is so much on offer outside You could have it in the bedroom though otherwise there are two small tables in the reception area. The rooms are fashionable with good lighting options. Bathroom and shower are both good. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return.

Air conditioning did not seem to work properly and could not understand the box on the wall which also had a fan picture on. There is hanging space but no surfaces to put other clothes e.g. chairs. This would be very helpful, although there is limited space.

Great staff who were fantastic, helped with places to see & do & responded with any questions or queries that we had both before our visit and when we were in Rome. Nice breakfast included and was served in our room which was a fab touch. Room comes with minibar with soft drinks, kettle and coffee machine that was great in the morning.

Only negative was the noise from the street particularly on Saturday night, not the fault of the apartment but a downside for such a great & convenient location.
