Breakfast was very nice, traditional Italian pastries plus hot eggs and bacon! We arrived hotel early at 1100 and were checked in immediately (check-in was 1400)! Leonardo was very pleasant and helpful during our stay. Local pizza place (Roscioli’s) and great gelato place were just 10 steps outside hotel entrance. Easy walk to Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. Taxi service at front door of hotel (hotel called and taxis arrived 3-4 minutes) plus 2 ATM’s within 4-5 minute walk of hotel. Rome water spout to fill water bottles was 2-3 minute walk from hotel. Convenient & comfortable and always felt safe walking around area. Rooftop terrace was nice, had good food and drinks were reasonable to us. We were in Room 111 close to elevator and stairs and had view of a cafe and restaurant on side of hotel that were also enjoyable!

Nothing. We enjoyed our 3 night stay! The staff made us feel welcomed, their English was great, and any questions or any needs they were happy to help us!

The location was excellent, there were restaurants and shops very close by. A very friendly staff, Milly made delicious capucchinos for breakfast. We love the fact that our room was always cool, after a long day walking in hot weather, it was a relief. The cleaning staff was excellent too, they kept not only our room clean, but the whole hotel smelled really good. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to be walking distance to Rome attractions.

Great location. Walking distance to all the major sites and close to restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast with plenty of options included. Friendly staff.

There is no individual climate control in the rooms. It is not possible to turn on air conditioning and can get warm. They are able to turn the heat off in the room which helped.

I really enjoyed this hotel! it’s in a great location on a quiet street but still walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants. I felt very safe here and the staff were excellent. The included breakfast was really good too

The breakfast provided was a great way to start each day! We loved the roof top terrace and found the hotel staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were great! We loved our stay here (5 nights) and found it to be perfect for our family. Safe, secure and a wonderful location!

Checking in was very easy and our room was ready when we arrived (a little early). The staff was exceptional and helped us with booking taxis most days. Very modern, updated. The breakfast hours were very convenient for us (7-10am) since we had early tours booked and were able to have breakfast before heading out. The breakfast choices were expansive and consistent, the staff was attentive and friendly. We were very comfortable in our Premium Double Room, given we stayed for 4 nights. The room is well laid out and housekeeping was provided each day (not always a given these days.) The rooms are tastefully decorated, the room and bathroom very updated, and there were ample outlets (even bedside on both sides!) and storage. We had a small refrigerator, and electric kettle to make coffee easily (coffee powder packets and tea bags provided.) The location is really the selling point here. So convenient! Food and gelato options directly across the street and in every direction. Campo di Fiore was a 5 minute walk, with shopping (clothing, grocery) and food options along the way. When returning by taxi, we would often ask to be dropped off at Campo if we wanted to stop in a store or restaurant on the way back to the hotel. The taxi drivers seemed to appreciate this as well -- the hotel is in a prominent area, but a bit "tucked in" some very narrow streets.

The rooftop bar was cozy. When we arrived no one else was there. The drinks (and included cover charge) answered our suspicions about the lack of patrons! Expensive. There really wasn't much of a view, but its worth checking out...once. The rooftop staff was very friendly. There are obviously many other options nearby.

Great location. Walked to every attraction. And great breakfast. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help.

Small room but comfortable. Booking.com promised us a taxi cab to the hotel but none of the customer service staff members in booking were able to help in advance and tell us how to get a cab. We contacted them well in advance of the trip. We got a response from booking 6 days into the trip saying we should have booked in advance. This seems like a bait and switch. I would not trust a taxi promise from booking.

* Immensely tiny bathrooms and showers * Luggage storage is a trainwreck. Hotel gives you the key to the storage room. You walk around the corner, go down one floor on the lift, open the luggage room door, and store your own luggage. Which means, while you're out sight seeing, any random can ask for a key to get "their" luggage, grab a strangers luggage instead, and walk out the Hotel unchecked to a waiting UBER with stolen luggage. 100% UNSECURED. That's a problem

Lovely modern but comfortable hotel in the perfect location . Walking distance to almost every main attraction and a 4 minute walk from piazza Navona, which has lots of restaurants and a beautiful view for dinner. Also, the bakery rosciolis opposite the hotel was a bonus. The pizza and suppli were incredible (picture attached) and well worth a visit. The hotel itself is lovely and all the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Especially Leonardo and Melanie. The hotel breakfast was also well above the standard Continental hotel breakfast and was a lovely treat each morning. Also, the rooftop cocktail bar was lovely. They even give you blankets when it's a bit chilly. Couldn't fault the hotel at all and would definitely stay at this hotel again. it's just perfect and the perfect location. We will definitely recommend it to any friends/family visiting Rome also.

Can be a little noisy in the day but it's a main city and you're not visiting Rome to stay in your hotel room anyway so didn't bother us at all.

Extremely convenient location with all attractions within easy walking distance. Beautifully situated in charming streets with bakeries, restaurants, gelataria and good shops on doorstep. The hotel itself is of excellent standard, very nicely decorated, extremely clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed, good storage, modern, tasteful bathroom with excellent shower (massage jets a godsend after a day’s sightseeing) and good aircon. All staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. Lovely breakfast with good variety and selection - kept us going for most of the day. Roof terrace/bar had live jazz and a great atmosphere. Reception staff ordered a taxi which arrived at the door within 3 minutes.
