Beautiful and quiet room, clean sheets, clean towels, big wardrobe with plenty of hangers and a safe, very close to Roma Termini, 2-3 mins walk, wonderful and very accommodating host, Mr. Massimo. Nice and clean bathrooms with toiletries. They also had bottled water, tea kettle, coffee, fruits and candies.

I don’t have much to add here. Room rent inclusive of breakfast would be a great upgrade 🤓

Massimo and his wife run this family manged bsuiness where you feel like home. Massimo went far and beyond to help me with anything that I needed and I would definitely come again in the future. The location is very central, you are few minutes away from Termini Train Station/Underground, which can take you everywhere in the city. The area has multiple choices for food, as well as the various selections of restaurants and supermarket and pharamacy in the train station it self. The rooms are speactious, have air conditioning, the toilets are refurbished, and the top floors are accessible by elevator. I would highly reccommend renting this place for whoever is looking to come over to Rome.

It was in a very accessible location close to Roma Termini with an access to a very reliable lift which made it easy to carry our luggage in and out. The room we were given was also very big and spacious , secure as only Massimo and his wife was able to come in. Also I really liked Massimo’s helpfulness and generosity in letting us leave our luggages in the reception while we wait for our flight out to HK later that night. It saved us the inconvenience of moving our things around and risking losing things.

Mossimo was very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient and is an easy walk from Roma Termini and the main sites. The metro is in front of the termini station so it was easy to take the metro to the Vatican, the Spanish steps, etc. The room was nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. Tea and water were provided. There are several good restaurants and coffee bars near the hotel. We hope to come back to Rome and would stay here again.

Massimo is a very nice host who knows how to help the guests perfectly. The suites are in a very good location, because it's close to the main station Roma Termini and all the famous sights in the city. Most of the attractions are a 30 minutes walk away and on the way you might find 1 or 2 diamonds which are not so well known. The room itself has everything that you need and is very clean. On top you get some fruits and water which was much appreciated after a long walk in the city.

There is nothing to complain about really. I had a great experience and would recommend this without a doubt to my friends and family

Great host. Very helpful and kind (thanks again Massimo). Super clean room with all you need for a short holiday stay in Rome. Perfect location - near main train station (Termini) (convenient connection to/from airport) as well as metro line A and B which will help you quickly move around the city and reach the main attractions. Even though there is no breakfast available at the location you can easily get a great breakfast in a 2-3 minutes walking distance (we recommend restaurant Mino - great service and good value for money). All in all perfect!

Located very close to the train station which was great for us. Clean room which was serviced daily. Room facilities are reasonably basic but this is reflective of the price paid and we felt it was good value for money. Good air conditioning and a small balcony which was a bonus. The host was very welcoming and informative. Good food and drink options close by. All reasonably priced.

Great location that was 5 minutes away from the main train station. Everything was also in a walkable distance, with good restaurants nearby as well. The free water bottles at the reception were very handy. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Had a great stay and highly recommend this to others!

Air con took a few minutes to turn on

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean, comfortable and exactly like the pictures. Being close to the main train station made it very easy to get to. Massimo’s a great host - so friendly and accomodating. Would highly recommend staying here.

The bed was too hard for my liking, but you can’t please everyone with something like that.

This accommodation was excellent, large room which was super clean and in a great location, and Massimo was a brilliant host. We also thought it was very reasonably priced compared to other options we looked at. Would definitely recommend!
