Very kind and helpful staff. Big and spotless room. A five-minute walk from the train station, but in a quiet and pleasant street. Plenty of cafés and restaurants around. Complimentary water in the fridge. You can leave your luggage in the hotel after checking out and even use the toilet when you pick it up. Keep up with the good work.

Very convenient location close to a main metro station, so very easy to move around the city at a very reasonable price. I appreciated greatly, the map that the guy in reception gave me, and the time he spent pointing out to me several different itineraries around the historical centre of Rome, (his name is Slim). I actually walked all the itineraries that he suggested as I enjoy walking around the city, and I am in awe of how much Rome offers with its architecture, Roman ruins, churches and more. Having a kettle in my room was a must for me, as I was only considering rooms which had such facility, and to have fridge too, and a free bottle of water every day was very much of a plus. The room also had a safe, if you do not wish to carry your passport around, and the water in the shower was always warm, with free toiletries included. Towels were changed every day too. I had a comfortable double bed even though I booked for a single room. The heating of the room was excellent, and there is a TV with Italian channels or alternatively as I do not speak Italian (sadly), I was tuning into the audio channels for music. All in all a nice stay, and very good value too. Great location within walking distance of a Metro station, so after a day of hiking in the city, I came back to the hotel by Metro at the very reasonable cost of 1.5 Euro per journey regardless of distance. Highly recommended.

As I turned the lamp on the desk, I saw much dust in the space behind the kettle facilities on the desk, so I would suggest that the cleaner may give a clean to the full desk every so often. However this was a minor detail, and would not deter me from returning to this hotel.

I was very pleased with my room and the services. Clean, comfortable, well maintained, friendly staff, with reception available until night time. The little touch of adding a new bottle of water in the fridge every day was very much appreciated. A few minutes walk from the Biblioteca Nazionale where my work was, about 10 minutes from the Termini station and still a walking distance (around 30 minutes) from major tourist attractions like the Colosseum and Forum Romanum. The neighborhood, especially around Termini, can feel a bit sketchy, but personally I never had any problem. I also found some nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Objectively speaking, the price is still quite high, this being Rome. However, having had to split my stay in two separate accommodations (for logistical reasons) but of the exact same area and price, I can confirm you can get much, much worse for a similar offer. Having had a pretty bad experience first, this was a very welcomed upgrade and I would happily recommend it.

Very close to the main station, quiet place, also very close to supermarkets and restaurants, friendly staff etc.

Beds: no large bed. If you want a large bed you will get two beds one near the other with a very thin topper on it, although if you ask before reaching the property you get the response that your room will be accommodated with a king size bed (and if you ask afterwards they tell you that it's a guest house and not a 5* hotel and that's their template for answers). And one more aspect, the bed has an old blanket instead of a duvet and a sheet for it that's a bed sheet and not a duvet sheet. Floor: on the floor there are floor tiles and not carpet, so if you don't have your own slippers and you are used to wear them you have to buy ones.

Comfortable room, free wifi, friendly staff, located less than 5 minutes walk from Termini, shower was small but hot enough every time, great air con, beds were fine (5 night stay) not the best but not uncomfortable either.

The entrance is at the end of a long side street - a bit dingy and could be better lit. There was a lot of noise from a cafe/bar opposite until about 2-3am some nights and a market set up early on others, so take good earplugs (luckily we were prepared!)

The location is very good, near by walking 20/30 mins to main attractions! During checking I had delay due to plane and train issues but Matteo made sure to wait me past 23:00 to be able to do the check in. Really appreciate it! The room is ok, small but usual for Rome, cleaned every day, good shower and other facilities. A bit dark, not so much natural light but not a problem. Also a bit hard mattress. However small things but I would stay there again for my next trip.

All good.

So close, yet so far from Termini station: quiet neighborhood full of interesting places to eat. Very helpful and prompt staff. The room is quite large, with everything you need and the soundproofing is perfect (the street noise disappears completely if you close the window). Possibility to leave luggage after check-out. We hope to come back!

The city is more crowded than we remembered, but it's natural, everyone wants to see Rome and its wonders!

The hotel was nicely decorated and the rooms were quiet which I liked. I struggled abit with the air conditioning but the staff were very helpful. The bed was a bit hard but I think was rather my preference for a softer mattress than the bed itself. The cleaning staff kept the room spotless and the reception staff were polite and bent over backwards to help with my requests. I can't fault the hotel and I would go there again. No issue with it's location. Lovely hotel!!

Nothing really.

Close to Termini for trains and busses. Lovely clean room with everything we needed. Easy to find places to eat in the neighborhood. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They even stored our bags after we checked out.

The shower cubicle was small which suited us but could be problematic for other travellers. There is a market outside that sets up in the morning - again. It did not bother us but other travellers might object.
